  2. Οταν γινετε μια παραγγελία, το prestashop στελνει email στον πελάτη, αλλα δεν στελνει email στον διαχειριστη. Ειναι λογικο αυτο ή εχω πειραξει κατι; Πρεπει να μπαινω καθε μερα για να βλεπω αν υπαρχουν παραγγελίες;
  3. Isn't PS suppose to mail me when new order is placed? I thought it should but it doesn't. How do I fix this?
  4. Just to let people know. If you upgraded with 1clickupgrade module or if you made a missUpgrade you might have this problem. 1clickupgrade module failed to update file /admin/header.inc.php That was the problem and big thanks to prestashop team from http://forge.prestashop.com You might want to take a look at the link for info how to fix this: http://forge.prestas...owse/PSCFI-7010 Thanks. SOLVED.
  5. Does the fact that I LOVE you right now make me gay or something? OMG! YOU ARE AMAZING! HOW DID YOU DO THAT? HOW? That maths are like Greek to me. (Lol though I am) I can't believe you find the problem! Is this because of me or because of an update? I didn't put a hand on the file before. It works very very fine now! Thank you again and again razaro. @razaro Is there a way to calculate another issue I posted here? --> http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/221911-category-tree-is-gone/
  6. Of course I am not using a default template. A very few people do. I purchased this template from templatemonster. From templatemonster's support told me that it might be a versioning issue. The template is designed for versions 1.4.4 but I am using 1.4.9. I am attaching the "product.tpl" file of the template. There is really nothing you can do with it. If I am not wrong there already is a width param there. But no way to fix it. It does not allow me to attach it. Pasting the code from thumbnails and down: <!-- thumbnails --> <div id="views_block" {if isset($images) && count($images) < 2}class="hidden"{/if}> <div id="thumbs_list"> <ul id="thumbs_list"> {if isset($images)} {foreach from=$images item=image name=thumbnails} {assign var=imageIds value="`$product->id`-`$image.id_image`"} <li id="thumbnail_{$image.id_image}"> <a href="{$link->getImageLink($product->link_rewrite, $imageIds, 'thickbox')}" rel="other-views" class="thickbox {if $smarty.foreach.thumbnails.first}shown{/if}" title="{$image.legend|htmlspecialchars}"> <img id="thumb_{$image.id_image}" src="{$link->getImageLink($product->link_rewrite, $imageIds, 'medium')}" alt="{$image.legend|htmlspecialchars}" height="{$mediumSize.height}" width="{$mediumSize.width}" /> </a> </li> {/foreach} {/if} </ul> </div> </div> {/if} <div class="clearblock"></div> {if isset($images) && count($images) > 1}<span id="wrapResetImages" style="display:none;"><div><a id="resetImages" href="{$link->getProductLink($product)}" onclick="$('span#wrapResetImages').hide('slow');return (false);">{l s='Display all pictures'}</a></div></span>{/if} <!-- usefull links--> <ul id="usefull_link_block"> {if $HOOK_EXTRA_LEFT}{$HOOK_EXTRA_LEFT}{/if} <li><a href="javascript:print();">{l s='Print'}</a></li> {if $have_image && !$jqZoomEnabled} <li><span id="view_full_size" class="span_link">{l s='View full size'}</span></li> {/if} </ul> </div>
  7. Update: After hours and hours of trying still nothing! As far as I can see the line I need to change (of what you have said) is: <img id="thumb_{$image.id_image}" src="{$link->getImageLink($product->link_rewrite, $imageIds, 'medium')}" alt="{$image.legend|htmlspecialchars}" height="{$mediumSize.height}" width="{$mediumSize.width}" /> ...but there is really nothing I can change here to fix the problem. The sollution isn't really changing the width to "5000" or something because some other products have various width (smaller and bigger) and still they "jump out". There must be another way to fix this. please some. Helping is for free for god's sake! It's an official forum I can't understand why people keep posting questions and only a few get what they need. Sorry if I'm beeing rude but I can't stand it! I am so tired I am working on this for 16 hours.
  8. I did find the line <ul id="thumbs_list_frame" style="width: 2343px;"> using Firebug and changed it to 5000 and yes it works that way. But only with firebug. I looked into the product.tpl file of my template and the global.css file just to be sure and it seems that something is missing. Don't you think so? Am I wrong? What I am doing now, is I am downloading the foul directory and I am going to ask "Sublime Text" editor to search all the directory and find that same line. I wish it will work that way.
  9. I have full access to everything. It's not my shop only it happens I know better (than the owner) a few things so I assist sometimes. Now I just blackout and I am not sure how to fix it. I don't know prestashop had an error log. Only log I know it under tools and there is really nothing much there. Again sorry for my ignorance I am quite new to prestashop.
  10. I am really sorry. I thought you'd take it for spam. Here it is: http://www.tstudio.g...hp?id_product=1 This is the same URL for my other problem I posted some time ago.
  11. Take a look at the pic please. The images jump out of line. We have this problem for some time now but even if I looked for help I found nothing. Do you have any ideas?
  12. Thanks for replying. If you mean Back Office > Catalog then yes the categories work fine there. If this is what you mean. Sorry my English aren't perfect.
  13. We recently upgraded to I just found that the tree is gone in the back end. Please take a look at the pic. Is there a way to fix this please?
  14. I'll try it.Thank you, SBR22!!!
  15. Is there some quick easy way to put snow in my prestashop site? Thanks
  16. Yes, all the files have been scanned. I am using the latest and updated version or avast. It's a big antivirus world out there and I don't know if Avast is the best antivirus I can use but so I have heard. I took the 3 URL that Google webmaster tools gave me as the malware pages and searched for them in all files with Sublime text editor that someone (thank god) sujested to me in this forum. I found 100s of infected files and I cleaned them. Upload the site, download it the next day and searched again. Everything is clean. And google says its clean. Yes, I get an allert when I try to access the shop.
  17. ok I know that sounds weird but even though google tells me my site is clean and free of malware (I removed them myself a few daysa ago) Firefox says that "this is a dangerous site, malware" etc. It shows me the well known red screen warning. I thought maybe it is my cookies but its not because I clear them all, closed firefox, restarted the PC and again it tells me its dangerous. What is going on?
  18. It took me 15 days to clean my sites. elpatron is right. Download your site to a secure directory on your computer. Scan the folder with an antivirus. All the files that come up infected, replace them with clean ones. Both prestashop and template files. But before you upload your site assuming it is clean do this: Download Sublime Text editor and search in ALL your files for these sites. For example your ur was ***porno.co*. (I won't write it full). Go search your files for these URLs. There is a 99% change that you will find more files with hidden iframes etc. Replace them too. Change FTP password and upload. It will take 48hours to see if it is ok or if it will be hacked again. (Thats what happened to me). Good luck.
  19. I don't see it generating any error. Do you mind posting the URL? I'm really sorry I don't know much.
  20. I thought that a file is damaged and I replaced a lot of files trying to fix it but still nothing.
  21. Update: I have tried a loOOot of files but nothing can fix it. Is there a way to put some "//" that - as far as I know - they are used for not using lines? But at what file?
