  2. Right now, it looks like after a customer signs up for the newsletter, the page refreshes and there is text on the page with a message confirming their subscription. I would like to have the customer sign up for the newsletter through the form in the page, and then have a pop up with a message that confirms the subscription. Is there a module that does this? Thanks in advance.
  3. Thank you for the reply. Yes, I was in communication yesterday via tickets with support. I have granted access to the requested areas in Back Office and FTP. I have not had a response today though. If the issue is unable to be resolved, is it possible for a refund?
  4. Hello I just purchased and installed this module. I am using Prestashop 1.5.6. When I go to the order page, the Shipping Method, Payment Method and Order Summary sections are completely blank. Can you please help?
  5. Think it may be solved.. Renamed this module directory "shoppingfluxexport" and the Modules page is back. Not really sure what happened in the first place though. Thanks.
  6. I enabled error reporting and this is what shows: Notice: Undefined index: active in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/modules/googlebase/googlebase.php on line 749 Notice: Constant _PS_SSL_PORT_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 31 Notice: Constant _THEME_NAME_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 102 Notice: Constant __PS_BASE_URI__ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 103 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_CHEQUE_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 214 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_PAYMENT_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 215 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_PREPARATION_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 216 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_SHIPPING_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 217 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_DELIVERED_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 218 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_CANCELED_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 219 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_REFUND_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 220 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_ERROR_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 221 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_OUTOFSTOCK_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 222 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_BANKWIRE_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 223 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_PAYPAL_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 224 Notice: Constant _PS_OS_WS_PAYMENT_ already defined in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 225 Notice: Undefined variable: smarty in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 229 Fatal error: Call to a member function assign() on a non-object in /hermes/bosnaweb22a/b618/sl.jadeshooting/public_html/shop/classes/controller/AdminController.php on line 1577 [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module AdminController: Call to a member function assign() on a non-object I have no idea what happened.
  7. Right before that I had generated a new Google shopping data feed via the Google Merchant Center module but the Modules page only seemed to stop working after I attempted to update the Google Sitemap module.
  8. Hi, thanks for the response! I manually removed the directory via FTP but am still getting the error when I go to the Modules page..
  9. Hello, Every time I attempt to access the Modules page, I get a blank page with the following: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module AdminController: Call to a member function assign() on a non-object It seems like this happened after updating the Google Sitemaps module. A screenshot is attached. I'm running PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  10. I modified the line described in the previous post but I am still having the same issue.. I am on PrestaShop™ 1.5.4.1 Has anyone else found another solution?
  11. Uninstalled and reinstalled Block Wishlist and seems to be working now..
  12. I recently did an upgrade on a test site from 1.4.5.1 to 1.5.4.1 I noticed inside My Account - Wishlists, I can't see any wishlists. There used to be a list of the existing wishlists in a table after below the New Wishlist creation form. Was wondering if anyone else had encountered this?
  13. Finally got the 1-click upgrade module to work and do an upgrade on my test site. I downloaded Prestashop and uploaded the zip file to the admin/autoupgrade/download Selected "More Options (Expert mode)" Next to the Channel dropdown, selected "Local Archive"
  14. Hi, thanks for the reply! I'm sorry, I don't quite understand though.. I am not sure which files or am familiar with the overwrite folder you are referring to..?
  15. I've been trying to use 1-click upgrade to upgrade a test version of my website.. Have come across various issues and have been able to figure them out, but can't figure out this one.. The activity log shows it has backed up all the files and then it shows this: "All files saved. Now backup Database database backup done in V1.4.5.1_20130618-013604-81f9e6. Now upgrading files ... . action "N/A" not found" The upgrade procedure seems to be stuck here forever. attached a screenshot. Was wondering if anyone else had encountered this problem and was able to resolve it. Thanks
  16. Try implementing the fix mentioned in this post http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFI-3861 It fixed it for me
  17. Which specific areas of the site did you want the text to not appear? If it is on the product pages, I had to edit product.tpl and basically comment/or remove out the lines that say: {l s='tax excl.'}
  18. I would start by taking a look at homefeatured.tpl within your theme.
  19. Hello, Do you have a Delivery URL set in Back Office -> Shipping -> Carriers ? Also, once I set it up, it wasn't retroactive... the space would only appear for new orders, I don't think it made it appear for existing ones.
  20. I think I got it.. In googlecart.php within /modules/gcheckout/lbrary/.. replaced theses lines: if (($this->rounding_mode != "") && ($this->rounding_rule != "")) { $xml_data->Push('rounding-policy'); $xml_data->Element('mode', $this->rounding_mode); $xml_data->Element('rule', $this->rounding_rule); $xml_data->Pop('rounding-policy'); } with this: $xml_data->Push('rounding-policy'); $xml_data->Element('mode', 'HALF_UP'); $xml_data->Element('rule', 'TOTAL'); $xml_data->Pop('rounding-policy');
  21. Just discovered a problem. Say my taxes are $2.625. Prestashop rounds it to $2.63. However, when one pays with Google Checkout, Google Checkout rounds it to $2.62. So when the order is submitted, a payment error is thrown. Did some research and came across this - http://code.google.c...ing_Policy.html I'm guessing the problem is I need "HALF UP" rounding mode but Google Checkout isn't using it. Does anyone know how to modify the GC module so I can use Half Up rounding mode?
  22. The order status must first be set to "Shipped". Then the space will appear to enter the tracking number. Delivery URL must also be specified in Carrier settings...
  23. I was having this problem... What finally fixed it for me (after trying the .htcaccess file, and trying on a site with a valid ssl), was adding the API callback url to settings in Google checkout. In the module settings in back office, the API callback URL is provided near the bottom. This url must be added in Google Checkout, inside Settings > Integration. The callback method must be set to XML.
