i change it but still the same. i entered my [email protected] email... but still emails are been return to sender where do i find the “contact/form.php”?

I’m using Gmail account to receive emails from my website. Lately all emails has stopped coming and people got back:"Returned mail: see transcript for details" I contact go daddy which told me that i need to change the: “contact/form.php” file and replace the gmail to some other provider. Where do i find it? Thank you
