  1. Hi Simon, I've had the exact same issue. Please see my thread here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/297987-solved-paypal-payment-issue/ The issue is that there is a bug in the paypal module where there is a space a the begging of the <?php of payment.php If you take this space out, and save and upload, it works fine. Hi there, I've just upgraded from to and now when I try and check out, and click on the "Pay with your card or your paypal account", I get a blank white screen at the following URL: shop/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php I've had a look at the error log in shop/modules/paypal/express_checkout and I get the following: [26-Dec-2013 16:52:56 Europe/London] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxxx/public_html/shop/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php:1) in /home/xxxx/public_html/shop/classes/Tools.php on line 130 I've double, triple and quadruple checked the API details and these are correct. I have also uninstalled/reinstalled and deleted/reinstalled the Paypal module - version 3.6.2 and still nothing. I've also put it into debug mode and got the following: Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxxx/public_html/shop/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php:1) in/home/xxxxx/public_html/shop/classes/Tools.php on line 130 Any ideas?   3. Hi Paul, Many thanks for your suggestion. It did initially look like this would be ok, however after asking the customer service team of the module, it only works for products and not shipping, so you can have a different price for a product per country. Do you or anyone else know if theres something that does it for shipping? Logic would say that if I click the $ currency sign on my shop, it should automatically detect that shipping is likely to be to the US too. If it can convert the product prices into $, surely its possible for it automatically put the shipping of that Zone too?
  4. Hi there, Let me first off try and explain what I'm doing cause it could be confusing. This is for version Basically, I have one carrier setup to post to everywhere. This carrier though I want to charge different amounts, depending on which country it is. So if it's in the UK and Ireland, it will say £10, if it is USA, it should be £20 and if its Europe (UK being set in its own zone as UK & Ireland) then it will be £30 for example. That is what I want, but it doesnt seem to be working that way. If I select $ for example and put something in the cart, it converts the cost to $ from £, but its the cost of the UK. So the customer see's a price of say $5, but in fact, its just converted from the UK price and not the actual converted cost of the US shipping. It only changed the price, once the shop knows where I'm shipping to. It will change it from say $5 to $15 only when I have put an address in which is in the US. Is there anyway in which the shop can tell what shipping price it should be, before the customer puts the address in. It should be able to tell just from my clicking on $. Many thanks,
  5. Hiya, I have also found the same issue on mine too. You can remove it from the cart summary, but you can't from the cart block. Any suggestions?
  6. Just to let anyone know who is having the same problem, this has now been resolved. I asked my host to look into it and they found the same issue on the server I was hosted on, they think it was timing out before it could create all the tables so I was moved to a newer server and it worked like a dream. Maybe something for others to consider.
  7. I use the default US/EN language and was using Europe/London as the timezone so changed this to US/Central and it still didn't work. I've also uploaded a zip file with all the files and extracted it from the host but this hasn't worked either. Hi there, I'm trying to do a fresh install of the shop and when I try and run the installation I get stuck on the following: Create settings.inc file Create database tables An error occured during installation... You can use the links on the left column to go back to the previous steps, or restart the installation process by clicking here. I have checked the database and the username and password is correct. I have also checked the permissions and these are all correct. I have all folders set to 755 except for img where its set as 777), I am installing it as myISAM but have also tried InnoDB but still not working. Any ideas? Cheers,
  9. Hi Shacker, When I try and open the .fla and it says "Unexpected format". A google search suggests that it has been made with a different version of flash to that which I have. Can you confirm this? I'm using CS3.
  10. Many thanks for this. Unfortunately, the themes are far too expensive when no one has yet bought anything. If I get some orders and make some money, I may think about it. Thanks for this. The images on the slider are a bit squashed, but I'm having problems with that, because the image settings on the slider don't make a difference to the picture size itself, so I think I would need to take the pictures and then resize them all to a specific size before uploading for the slider.

One thing about having the categories, I've just enabled the Top Horizontal Menu module, but after putting my categories in, it seemed to be more right aligned than left aligned, so it doesn't go across the page fully.   14. Hi Nemo1, I've just tried doing the above code change in the tpl file, but it still didn't make any difference. It still seems as though it only displays the link to write the review when stock is 0 for the product. Do you know of this bug has been identified by the developers?
  15. I've been doing some more testing and found that even when a comment has been added I don;t get the box above the item number in stock saying to wriite the review. Below is a screenshot of what I currently see: I have also created a test shop on a free web host and installed the shop from scratch and it works fine on version The screenshot above is from my live shop where it was created via auto script from the Cpanel. That was when it was version 1.5.3 I believe and I have upgraded it since to Has this got anything to do with it?

  18. Hi there, I've recently discovered on my shop that it seems like only one person to comment on an product using the Product Comments module. I have one customer who has written a comment about the product, but discovered that neither a guest or I am able to write a comment for the product once there is one there from a customer. So to clarify: Customer 1 writes product comments Neither guests or I am able to write another one after customer 1 has commented. It allows you to comment on products, works if no one else has commented yet. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Many thanks, Chris

  24. Hello! I was wondering if anyone had come across the problem of getting a 404 error when editing a product. When I make a change, I edit it, but when I click save I get a Forbidden 404 page error. The exact error is: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /shop/administration/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Anyone know why this is? Thanks,
