    Salve! ho acquistato 3 mesi fa il modulo Prestabay e dopo 3 mesi da oggi mi da lo stesso problema: "License key is EXPIRED. Please renew it on ‘Configuration Information’ section."  Il sito su cui lo sto utilizzando è www.shanscalzature.it quello registrato durante l'acquisto sul marketplace prestashop.

    Come posso risolvere?

    Grazie!

    Può contattarci utilizzando il modulo di contatto del marketplace PrestaShop addons?
    In questo modo possiamo convalidare i dettagli dei tuoi ordini e attivare la licenza per te.

    Grazie per la tua comprensione e la tua pazienza.

  2. Hello!

    What modules you are using for ebay & amazon integration?

    Most of all you will be need to contact amazon and ebay module developers to adjust integration and set your customer group for cases when imported orders from specific marketplace.

    You may also try to change this yourself. Try to find out what customer group ID is using currently, then search over codebase of this modules by this ID and replace with new correct ID.

  3. Yes, as you can understand calculation feature in module don't allow you to create complex math formula.

    Only a simple one without normal math rules. The main idea of this feature it's adding shipping cost to product cost and give a little big higher price to reduce lost of ebay fees.

    Regarding shipping.

    The best option is using Ebay Business Policy for Payment, Shipping and Return. Information about this functionality you can find here— https://sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/business/business-policies

    As soon as you create corresponding BP on ebay, you will be possible to select it inside our module.

    7. We are looking at the shipping templates, but it only gives us an option to use weight and price. We won't base our shipping prices on the price nor on the weight. We will just offer two options, 3-4 days delivery, and the more expensive next day delivery. How can we configure this in the module? Or we don't have to do anything about this and have eBay handle this policy?

    You always can create a corresponding Business Shipping policy on ebay and then include it inside Selling Profile.

    If you want to set this inside module (this is not a way recommended by ebay), you can just select shipping methods and set price inside Shipping tab of Selling Profile. In this case you can't use Business Policy.

    Can somebody help me with a break even listing formula (coefficient) for eBay to use in the Price Templates: Coefficient: for example +3, x1.2, -1.5

    The fees are:

    • 10% eBay fee on the sale price.
    • 2.9% + £0.30 PayPal fees on the sale price
    • £0.5 Buy It Now fee

    This would adapt to 12.9% + £0.80 in fees which I need to break even with a new eBay price.

    I need a formula for this to use in the Price Templates for any price I have in PrestaShop, when it sends it to eBay it should include the price increase with a coefficient.

    If you want to increase price by 12.9% and also add 0.80 to total cost it looks like this

    image.thumb.png.0b53bb8a52fe7eb88115813b94bbf67b.png

    ```x1.129+0.8```
    So for product with a price 18 GBP
    ebay price will be 21.12
    Hope this will helps you.
    No worries, thanks for an outstanding module. I will e-mail you, but before have some casual questions.
    1. Are you working on a new release update which you will release any day soon?
    2. How automated does it flow with a custom eBay responsive HTML template? For example my template can have the product image in the description, can this be automated when syncing the products?
    3. Usually I have three product images, will all images be synced over or just one? Because in the config page it just says "Main Product Image".
    4. In my listing I only use the short description. Will the info be copied over to the eBay description? And again how will this work with a custom eBay template? I see there is an option custom template. I guess I can include my HTML code there. But each product has different description, so how will this description be copied over automatically to the custom template. I assume I need to do this manually. I will PM you the eBay template.
    5. I have a custom module that adds subtitles in my PrestaShop, is this something your module can support? Can you implement that the subtitle apart from the title is included in the listings?
    6. How can I control the prices. I will have different prices on eBay. It will be break even prices calculating the fees. So for a PrestaShop item I sell for £100, on eBay I will sell it as 0.129x(100) + £0.80. How can I implement this price increase for all my products that will be synced over to eBay?
    1. We have prepared new release of module, version 3.3.0, it was planned to release in March but due to current situation we postpone it a little bit to prioritise help our users with ebay and amazon sales. Most of all we will release it in May.
    2. Yes, you can create an ebay description template inside module and then it will be used as part of your item description. Little bit more information you can find here — https://involic.com/page/en/prestashop-ebay-integration-manual/create-new-description-template
    3. You can select how many images you would like to export to ebay. This could be only one image, or this could be ebay gallery with up to 12 images. If you sell variation products, and variant have special images, it will be also changed on option change.
    4. You need to have HTML version of your ebay template. Then you insert it into ebay description template feature of our module and replace part like "Title", "Description" with a special variables [product_name], [product_description] , [product_gallery]  (https://involic.com/page/en/prestashop-ebay-integration-manual/list-of-available-variables
    On exporting product to ebay or revising this variables will be changes to corresponding product values.
    5. By default we support only standard Prestashop feature. In most cases support for extra features like custom modification could be also added to the module by your developer or by us for an extra fee.
    6. This kind of feature available as part as our Price template. More information you can find here — https://involic.com/page/en/prestashop-ebay-integration-manual/create-new-price-template
    And some examples of rules you can implement — https://involic.com/page/en/prestashop-ebay-integration-manual/examples-of-price-templates
    Is it possible to have unique title for ebay listings? Thanks
    1
    Inside Selling Profile you can configure how ebay item title will look. By default module using product name, but it possible use almost every variable from that list https://involic.com/page/en/prestashop-ebay-integration-manual/list-of-available-variables
    As example, you can use title configuration like this
    "[product_name] - [product_manufacturer] - [product_tags]" and then have on ebay "Cristal Gel Case - Belkin - red, iphone, cristal, modern"
    Please let us know if you will have any additional questions.
  13. Good evening,
    Seems like best solution will be contacted the developer of module fastbay.
    In general, this error means that you already have ebay Large Merchant Job that currently on status "Created" or "Processing". Due to ebay api limitation, it's not possible to execute the same operation in parallel for the same account (even in the different marketplace). So if you already send a group of your products to ebay, you need to wait before this operation will not be finished. After that, you can make a sending of next product groups.
    Sometimes it happens that LMS jobs get created on ebay but not go forward from "Creation" state. In this case, this job should be "Canceled" using ebay api.
  14. Dear customers,
    We update our privacy policy in order to follow GDPR law.
    Important notice: If you are using prestabay 1.5.x, consider purchase update. After 25/05 old version of the module will stop working.
    If you have any questions fill free to contact us.
  15. Buona sera!
    Grazie per l'interesse dimostrato nei confronti della nostra soluzione.
    Il nostro modulo (PrestaBay ebay Import), costo 129€ + IVA (se non si dispone di partita IVA).
    Per ogni prodotto dal tuo modulo negozio ebay creerà prodotto PrestaShop + tutte le categorie corrispondenti. Se il tuo prodotto ha delle Specifiche articolo, queste saranno importate come funzioni nel negozio PrestaShop. Se l'elenco ebay ha variazioni sarà anche trasferito correttamente a PrestaShop.
    Un'altra cosa per quanto riguarda l'aggiornamento dei moduli e le politiche di supporto. Come qualsiasi venditore sul mercato dei componenti aggiuntivi per PS, utilizziamo la politica Zen Option. Questo significa che hai 3 mesi di aggiornamenti e correzioni di bug + supporto tecnico. Dopo tale periodo continuiamo a fornire un supporto limitato e l'aggiornamento del modulo deve essere acquistato separatamente. Per la nostra esperienza questo pacchetto di aggiornamento di solito non è necessario per "importare" il modulo. Lì, non più cambiamenti avvengono in "importazione". Ci sono solo pochi casi in cui è necessario un aggiornamento futuro del modulo. Il primo è il rilascio di PrestaShop, che interrompe la funzionalità del modulo.
    In secondo luogo è cambiamenti significativi in ebay api (caso molto raro).
    Per qualsiasi domanda riguardante il nostro modulo saremo lieti di aiutarvi.
    ==== ENGLISH ===
    Good evening!
    Thank you for your interest in our solution.
    Our module (PrestaBay ebay Import), cost 129€ + VAT (if you don't have VAT ID).
    For every product from your ebay store module will create PrestaShop product + all corresponding categories. If your product has Item Specifics it will be imported as features into PrestaShop store. If ebay listing has variations it also will be correctly transferred to PrestaShop.
    One more thing regarding module update and support policy. As any seller on PS add-ons marketplace, we use Zen Option policy. That means you have 3 months of updated and bugfixes + techinical support. After that time we continue providing limited support and module update should be purchased separately. For our experience this update package usually is not needed to "Import" module. There, not more changes happen in "importing". There only a few possible cases when you need a future update, of the module. First is release of PrestaShop, that break module functionality.
    Second is significant changes in ebay api (it very very rare case).
    If you have any questions regarding our module we will be happy to help you.
    Link to module page on add-ons marketplace — https://addons.prestashop.com/en/marketplaces/23742-prestabay-ebay-import-import-ebay-listings.html
  16.
    In this case, I would suggest you contact the seller of the paid module. Usually, with every purchase on the addons marketplace you have 3 months of techinical supports and updates. So module seller responsible for providing you techinical support.
    In general, you need to find part of the code that generates links to the image (new Link(), and also getImageLink) and makes sure that link generated with https.
    Hi.
    Module still working? or better to buy one?
    According to this forked solution, at github, the last commit was " 15 Jun 2017". So look like author stop support this custom modification for a free module.
    As guys from 202ecommerce already mention ebay stop support free module for PrestaShop platform. So currently existing ebay sellers that want to continue selling their products on ebay most of all need to update to one of the paid solution available on PrestaShop addons marketplace.
    Currently, the main issue with a free module is "https" link and active content, that not correctly support the free module.
    First of all please notice that know it's must-have having https certificate on your store and all images and external resources should be put on ebay with "https" link, otherwise a description of your ebay listings will not be shown.
    You can an easy check your ebay listings using a free tool from ebay — https://bulkchecker.i-ways.net/ebay/en-us
    Regarding paid solution. There bassicly few available on PrestaShop add-ons marketplace — https://addons.prestashop.com/en/search?search_query=ebay
    One of this options is our module "PrestaBay — PrestaShop eBay Integration" is ebay certified application and we working with ebay integration for more than 5 years.
    If you interesting in our solution we can setup for your 30 days trial version and help with migration to our solution.
    The module has full support for ebay Germany, including all marketplace specific features, like ebay plus.
  18. Hello Stephan,
    One of the reasons for this error could be connected to "https" enabled in your store.
    Sorry, we not responsible for this module and support, but in other forum topics, the small dirty hack could help you transfer all information using https.
    Please notice this hack is just about transferring all resources using https. Usually, ebay does not like "redirect" for image url, that done automatically if you pass image in HTTP.
  20. Guten Tag!
    Sie sehen aus, als würden Sie ein kostenloses eBay-Modul verwenden?
    Die Fehlermeldung wie diese bedeutet, dass ebay kein Bild von Ihrem PrestaShop-Shop herunterladen kann.
    Dafür gibt es nur wenige mögliche Gründe:
    Das Bild existiert nicht in Ihrem PrestaShop Store.
    Das Bild wird über das HTTP-Protokoll übertragen, aber ebay erwartet das https-Protokoll.
    Ihr Geschäft ist mit einem aktiven Hotlink-Schutz ausgestattet.
    Leider sind wir nicht für das kostenlose Modul verantwortlich, aber wir können Ihnen empfehlen, in unserer kostenpflichtigen Lösung nachzuschauen. Wir bieten kostenlose 30-monatige Testtage an, an denen wir Sie bei der Integration und Migration Ihrer eBay-Angebote unterstützen.
    Wenn Sie Fragen haben, lassen Sie es mich bitte wissen.
