  1. I am having the exact same problem. My entire site is not built in prestashop because there was no template that suited my needs. The user switches over to Prestashop when they click on a product. When you click on the "Home" link it takes you to the shop home instead of back to the main page of my site. I noticed that your post was rather old and nobody had commented on it. I am trying to figure out how to point this link to where i want it to go right now. If I get it figured out I will post the answer. If you have already figured it out please do the same and save me the trouble.

  3. I am looking for an additional links block. My site is not entirely built on prestashop. The shopping cart is integrated into the website. I was having trouble with the links on the category's menu so I ditched it and used the links block to house my categories so that I could correctly link back out of Prestashop. I have some more links that I would like to put in another block but am having trouble finding another block to put them in. If anybody has any suggestions I would be very greatfull. Thanks for you time.
  4. Image size should not be a problem. The images are just graphic designs and none are over 100KB. I suppose the server speed could be a problem, I am using network solutions as a host and have never even come close to having a problem with them. That being said, it appears I have found a temporary fix to the problem. If I load up all the product images that I want for a certain product, only a few load correctly. If I then switch my file permissions on my entire shopping cart around a few times between the 775 they were originally at, 755, and 777, then all the thumbnail appear and the images seem to be working perfectly. If anyone has a better solution to the problem I would still love to hear it because this method is pretty inefficient for a large number of products and photos. Thanks.
  5. Please help. I am having problems so I will try to be as detailed as I can. When I try to upload product images they only correctly upload about 20 percent of the time. My GD is enabled, I have played around with my file permissions. They started off at 775, I then turned them to 755 as suggested in another forum. This did not do anything. Prestashop is telling me that my update is successful and when I use FTP to check the img/p folder the images are there. I can drag them to my desktop and open them perfectly. But for some reason the thumbnails are not there on the prestashop image(s) screen and they do not come up on my actual web page either. I have since changed all my permissions to 777. Once I did that all the images that did not come up correctly before were now working fine. Unfortunately, when I try to load a new image I have the same problem that I was having before. I do not understand why? I would really appriciate any help? This is the first web page I have ever attempted to build and the first time I have ever used prestashop so I am the definition of a novice. Thanks for your time.
