There is one old thread about developing a Korean translation pack, but it apparently never got completed. I've started creating one myself. I'm focusing on Front Office first. It may take a while since I'm more concerned with getting my website up first, but I'll be posting my progress here. Korean isn't my first, second, or even fifth language. If you are a native speaker or are more familiar than I am, please feel free to contact me or give me suggestions.
