Hello everyone, I am faced with a problem. Before bringing my site into production, I had redirect enabled on 302. Now that I've gone online, I've set my shop to 301. Until before modifying this parameter I was using friendly urls. However once I changed from 302 to 301 my website was no longer able to find the links and always returned page not found. By disabling the short urls, everything seems to work again. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Ho risolto creando un nuovo corriere fittizio chiamato "Consegna + installazione" che ovviamente ha un costo superiore . Tramite le zone gestisco poi in quale zone può essere richiesto , magari potrebbe essere utile a qualcuno .

Vorrei aggiungere la possibilità per determinati prodotti venduti sul mio store , di associare alla vendita un servizio aggiuntivo , come ad esempio l'installazione del prodotto stesso . Ovviamente questa va aggiunta solo se l'acquirente la richiede e solo su determinati prodotti e solo se l'acquirente risiede in una determinata zona , quindi andrebbe aggiunta in fase di checkout eventualmente , quando il cliente ha inserito l'indirizzo .. Sapete se esiste un modulo per farlo , magari anche gratis perchè no . In alternativa avevo pensato di creare un prodotto chiamato installazione che il cliente può eventualmente aggiungere al carrello , il problema è che non capisco come far comparire questo prodotto fittizio "installazione" all'interno di una pagina prodotto . Grazie a chi mi risponderà .

Ho trovato il problema , posto la risposta così magari può essere d'aiuto a qualcuno . Non so perchè ma si era impostato come formato del codice postale 84100 anzichè NNNNN , quindi modificando dal BO tutto è tornato a funzionare come prima e senza intoppi . Per modificarlo basta andare in Internazionale>Località>Nazione>Italy cliccare su modifica e impostare il formato del cap in NNNNN

Buonasera a tutti . Questa sera durante dei test , stavo provando a registrare un nuovo utente . Durante la fase di registrazione ho provato ad inserire un cap (di bari nello specifico ) , ma mi viene rilasciato il seguente messaggio di errore : Codice postale non valido - dovrebbe essere simile a questo "84100" In pratica mi prende solo i cap della provincia di Salerno . Qualcuno sa a cosa può essere dovuto questo problema ? Grazie in anticipo .

Alla fine ho trovato e risolto il problema . Ho cancellato il file htcaccess e tutto a ripreso a funzionare correttamente . Ieri avevo provato ad attivare i friendly-url e il file si era generato , ora perchè questo causi un errore è un altro mistero , ma almeno il negozio è correttamente online . Grazie del supporto

Buongiorno , mi ritrovo ad affrontare un problema bello fastidioso . Oggi ho disabilitato la modalità manutenzione per effettuare un test e mi viene restituito un errore "internal server error" . Cancellando la cache via ftp , sono riuscito ad accedere al pannello admin . Ho provato a fare "anteprima negozio" e di nuovo errore . Ripeto ciò che ho fatto in precedenza , cancello cache , riesco ad accedere nuovamente ad admin e riattivo modalità manutenzione e riesco ad accedere senza problemi . Se provo a disattivarla il sito web crasha nuovamente . Qualcuno ha idea da cosa può dipendere ?

Buonasera a tutti , mi scuso in anticipo se la mia domanda potrà sembrare banale , ma sono nuovo in prestashop e sto affrontando un problema che non riesco a risolvere . Ho installato un tema via ftp e riesco ad accedere al sito web solo se inserisco come indirizzo www.miosito.it/home . Se invece cambio il tema con quello predefinito l'indirizzo www.miosito.it funziona come previsto . Ora vi chiedo , come posso cambiare la directori principale ? E soprattutto perchè succede ? Grazie in anticipo a chi risponderà .
