  1. Issue fixed. It was a cache problem! c64girl kindly told me to: 1. Always do backup before installing, updating, plugins and prestashop. Make backup of mysql and files. 2. Always after installation, updates etc go clean cache in prestashop. If You cant enter advanced parameters > preformance > clean cache you can go by entering this link https://marknoble.art/canvas/index.php/configure/advanced/performance/clear-cache?_token=#################### 3. You can now disable debug mode. ######################## is the token You will have in prestashop when You login as admin it changes everytime You log in. Thanks!
  2. Unfortunately I don't have access to: /usr/local/cpanel/logs I can only login to cPanel but I don't have access to that directory. EDIT: I also get this in cPanel: 'Error: The system failed to open the file “/etc/apache2/logs/error_log” for reading because of an error: Permission denied'
  3. This didn't make any difference, still doesn't work on Firefox. Here's a screenshot of the error message I get when I try to attach images to new products:
  4. Hello, I made a video describing my issues. I cannot reliably add or change products and images and the 'All Products' page throws up an exception. PrestaShop site: https://marknoble.art/ Running v1.7.7.7 and PHP v7.3. PHP settings should be fine, permissions are hard to tell because it's so laborious changing things in cPanel, but I did try and set as many correct permissions as possible across the folders and files. Not 100% sure what the issues are. Any advice would be very much appreciated! Does anyone know how I can attach the error logs from Symfony Profiler? Many thanks, Cam
  5. Can anyone help me please? I have no idea what's going on and I cannot add or edit products because of this issue. How can I upload a full error log? Is there a way I can pay to have someone look into this issue at all? Thank you!
  6. Thanks for the reply, but this issue has been going on for several weeks.
  7. Hello, I have a big error showing up with my store. Here's what Symphony Profile tells me whenever I click on a product to edit it or add a new one: ERROR19:24:09appData from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache. [▼ "exception" => "Client error response [url] https://api-addons.prestashop.com?format=json&iso_lang=en&iso_code=GB&version=1.7.7.7&shop_url=http%3A%2F%2Fmarknoble.art&method=listing&action=customer&username=info%40marknoble.art&password=************** [status code] 400 [reason phrase] Bad Request" ] Now I've put stars where an old password would be shown. Running the latest version of Prestashop with PHP 7.3 and I'm using cPanel. Many thanks!
  8. Hello, I’m managing my artist friend’s website: www.marknoble.art While I don’t have access to the mobile formatting CSS theme (someone else is in charge of the server), I was wondering if it would be possible to add some features to the mobile version... I’m very happy with how the website looks on desktop, but I’d really like these things to appear on the mobile version too: Category page paragraphs (on desktop I’ve added a description of what the ‘Driftwood Collection’ is, but it doesn’t show up on mobile – this is just one example) Social media logos in the top right-hand corner (not a big deal as there are links elsewhere. This is actually a third-party module but would be nice to have it appear on mobile if at all possible). There seems to a be a 'filter' button on the 'All Products' page (mobile only, not present on desktop), but it doesn't do anything... how can I remove it from mobile? Many thanks in advance!
  9. Thanks. Not sure where I've been going wrong, I inputted that code into the CSS editor module but no joy.
  10. Thank you! I've installed a custom CSS editor module and managed to remove the breadcrumbs. I haven't been able to change the background image though. I'm not able to access the assets folder and I don't want to have to pay a lot for a module in order to change it. Perhaps I could email the server owner instead and get them to do it. Lastly, do you know how I can remove page headers? I tried: But it doesn't work. Thanks again! I'm trying to get rid of titles like 'Teaching', e.g. https://marknoble.art/content/6-teaching
  11. Hello Prestashop users, I’m currently running this art shop on behalf of the artist: https://marknoble.art I’m an admin, but I do not have access to the actual Prestashop files and folders on the server. The artist provides the server owner with money to keep the site running, but I’m in the process of managing content, etc. I have a couple of questions. I’ve read online that I would need to edit the CSS style sheet in order to change the background image. As I do not have access to local files, can this be done another way? Also, how do I hide or remove the text that tells users where they are on a page (the page structure or location)? E.g. https://marknoble.art/content/8-categories Many thanks, Cameron
