I'm having an issue with tax calculations on the shopping cart for orders based on delivery address. It always returns 0 except for the state defined on the product pricing tax rule. Any enlightenment will be appreciated. Tax setting are: Enable tax: Yes Display tax in the shopping cart: Yes Based on: Delivery Address Use ecotax: NO Product Tax rule is set to US-CA (8.25%)
