  1. Yeah that's it --> +642********** or I think you can even just use 642********** If the test sms still isn't working then it's probably because you haven't got any credits in your tm4b account or you haven't completed the tm4b account info in the fields below. When you have credits and everything set up, you should see "SMS credits: You have ... credits" below the test sms field. Hope that helps. I'm still having problems with my things though - no sms's are sending on new orders! Any help please
  2. Also, the order confirmation email ('order_conf.html') does not get sent to the buyer when a new product is purchased...
  3. Hi, For some peculiar reason, email and sms alerts are not being sent to the site administrator when a new order is made. I have both modules installed with the following settings: Mail Alerts Module: - New order alert --> 'on' - Inventory alert --> 'on' - Email address --> ***@***.com SMS Tm4b v1.0 Module: - Username --> **** - Password --> **** - Relay --> Global I - SMS sender's phone # --> MyCompany - Mode --> 'production' - Alerts on new order --> 'yes' - SMS receiver's phone # --> 61********* I have correctly set up an account with tm4b and have bought credits for messages. The SMS module works if I send a test sms, but fails to recognise a new order. I have a feeling that there may be a problem with the 'alert_new_order' function as it is present in both 'mailalerts.php' and 'tm4b.php'. Any help would be greatly appreciated
  4. Yeah I've got the PrestaShop database server set to localhost.
  5. Thanks for your help Brez but I'm still having no luck. I managed to get http://mysite.com/shop to redirect to http://www.mysite.com/shop, however, there is now an infinite loop of redirects. It persists to redirect to http://mysite.com/shop! I have checked everything in cpanel and can't seem to work it out. Is it possible for PrestaShop to run off the non-www url? Cheers
  6. Hey, I have a problem with the redirection of the PrestaShop url and, following many attempts, am unable to find a solution. Basically, it is the same issue as the thread "HAving to user WWW. in front of site URL address" where I am unable to login and add items to the cart without the 'www' prefix. However, unlike that thread, I have my shop in a sub-directory (ie. http://www.mysite.com/shop'>http://www.mysite.com/shop) and I have the rest of my server set up to redirect everything from 'non-www' to 'www'. I have used the following code in my .htaccess file in the root of the site (ie. http://www.mysite.com): RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\. RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L] If I add something like: Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^mysite.com/shop [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.mysite.com/shop/$1 [L,R=301] to the .htaccess in my shop's directory it doesn't resolve the issue. Please help! Thank you
