Hi Guys, I have a question - something I am not able to figure out. I've added all taxes in prestashop BO 1.7.4.2 and marked that tax is based on delivery address I also added all the tax rules. What I can't understand, what is the purpose of the tax rule under each product. Practically, we need the tax applied to be based on the delivery address so if the customer is from the US, they get the US tax rule. And if the delivery is in the UK, they get the UK tax rule. Currently if I set the tax rule in the product (UK20% VAT) - it seems that it is just fixed to this tax rule, and it is not taking to the account the customers from the US. Likewise, if i set the US tax rule under the product, if the customer in the cart put the US address, they get the correct tax, but if they put the UK address. they get 0% tax which isn't correct (they should be 20%). How do I get for this to work properly on all products based on the customer's delivery address so the cart can update the taxs correctly? Can someone please advise. Really appreciate it.

Can you modify it so it can hide price for products with price = 0? Many people here want to do POA (price on application). We have a quote module so we want to show POA on products that doesn't have price, but still allow customer to add to cart as we use a quote module so we want them to be able to request a quote. Ideally we want to hide the price and show POA on product page and category page, and checkout page while allowing the customer to only press request a quote, instead of checkout now in the checkout page if one of the products has POA...

Hello Guys, sorry to revive this discussion. Any one had solution for 1.7.4? We want to hide price or show POA in product page, category page and checkout. We use a request a quote module so we still want the customer to be able to add the price to their basket so they can submit the quote request, but want to change the price from 0 to POA desperately. Any pointers will be appreciated.

Some people said its not an error to worry about as its just different order of triggers. So We have fixed it by just adding a tag in the tag manager and publishing it and the it all worked fine - if its helpful for anyone!

Did anyone get somewhere with this? We keep getting: An error occured while the tag was fired: net::ERR_ABORTED Error while sending request: net::ERR_ABORTED

Hello, We are running the latest prestashop (1.7.4.2). The tax rate at the checkout doesn't seem to be updating. I've set up the VAT rule to united kingdom and set the VAT of 20%. I've also setup the tax to be based on the shipping address. When I test at the checkout, the VAT is always set to 0 even till I reach till the end of the process. I am under the impression that the tax in the cart automatically updates based on shipping address, rather than the fixed tax rate field in each product? Anyone can shed some light on this?
