Hola, tengo el modulo de alertas por email configurado, pero no recibo emails cuando se realiza un pedido, ni a mi correo de pedidos, ni se envia un email al cliente confirmando su pedido. ¿A que puede deberse?

Buenas, tengo una tienda donde quiero vender varios productos propios y otros incluidos mediante una empresa de dropshipping, Big Buy. Para mis productos, tengo la opción de Packlink como transportista o recogida en tienda. El problma es que big buy tiene un modulo donde me inserta sus tansportistas, por lo que haora en mi lista te transportistas tengo: -Packlink -Recogida en tienda -Todas las demas opciones de Big Buy. Los productos de Big Buy se actualizan cada X tiempo automaticamente por lo que no puedo hacer una configufarcion particular en cada uno de ellos, aparte de que son muchos, no puedo seleccioanar manualmente que transportistas asignar, asi que por defecto estan siempre todos desmarcados, permitiendo la opción de Packlin o recogida en tienda y esto no es correcto. ¿Como puedo tratar este asunto? Necesito que mis productos solo funcionen con Packlink y/o recogida en tienda (Esto se puede modificar en las opciones de mis productos) y que los de Big buy tengan las demás ociones excepto esta. Gracias.
