Hello Has anyone else experienced the scenario where no payment options appear apart from Bank Transfer? I might be older Apple devises or tablets that have this issue. I am currently waiting to install the later version of the module 2.12.0 Getting help with these issues is very difficult.

Thanks Tim It worked. I had to split out the exsisting tax rule for Spain so each state had separate rules.

We have used this solution to get around the tax issue with the Canary Islands. We encountered a new issue when changing the PrestaShop Checkout v1.5.1 - by PrestaShop PayPal does not recognise the Canaries as a Country and therefore you can not accept payments from the Canary Islands. Any solutions ????
