  2. Hi Mike, I'm using Prestashop 1.3. Unfortunately, I've made so many modifications to it that upgrading my Prestashop software is just not feasible at this time. It sounds like you've corrected the bug in the newer version of Prestashop. Any idea what that fix might be?
  3. I found a bug in Prestashop. When a user creates an account and fills out the address field, if they use a city name that starts with "Union", it creates an error and prevents the address from being created. "Uni", "Unio" or "United" works just fine, but if you use "Union", "Union Gap", "UnionGap" or anything that starts with "Union", it brings up an error. Does anyone have a solution to this bug?

  5. That's a great module and thank you for sharing it. I do have a request for a feature on the Stats module. Is there a module or addition for the Admin Stats module that allows you to view customers that have purchased a specific product? I would find that feature incredibly useful. Thanks.
  6. I've set up a new variable in the MySQL database which determines the type of customer that they are when they fill out the registration form. I use this variable to determine what content to send when they log into their account by using the statement: {if $customer.careerstatus|intval == 1 }{else}{/if}. This variable is set in the my-account.tpl file which doesn't seem to be able to pull the variable value for a test account that in which I've set the value == 1. Instead, it's unable to pull the data from the MySQL database and assumes that the value is NULL and goes to the {else} option instead. I've declared it in the Customer.php file in the Class folder and I don't know what I'm missing. Any thoughts.
  7. I get that you need to declare the variable using the "$smarty->assign('variable_name','value');", but I'm confused about something. If there's already a $smarty->assign(array... in place, can you use the $smarty->assign('variable_name','value'); or do you need to include it in the $smarty->assign(array... portion of the code? Also, regarding the "'value'" in the statement above, is that referring to the an assigned value or can you establish a variable that pulls from the database? I'm trying to add a variable to the my-account.php page. In the my-account.tpl file, I've included an if statement: {if $customer.careerstatus == 1} {else} {/if}. Unfortunately, I can't get the variable "careerstatus" to pull from the database. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  8. I'm trying to change the display fields on the Orders page in the Back Office. Instead of Order Status, I'd like to see the product that's been ordered. It makes more sense to me to have that information. I assume that anything that goes through will mean that the payment was accepted. But trying to figure out how many of what products have been ordered would be easier at a glance. Also, I'd like to be able to limit the type of orders viewable by employee profiles. For example, employees in charge of electronics can only view electronics orders and software employees can only view orders pertaining to software. Of course the Administrator can view all orders. Any takers?
