Note that you will get same PrestaShopException described by the OP if you set Depends On Stock value to 1 (meaning use warehouse quantity) and there's no quantity set/defined for the product in warehouse. Simply put, set the value of Depends On Stock to 0 to use product quantity specified in your csv file.
