I want to change (modificate, redirect) the URL of some link in mega menu right after user is clicked on it to load desire custom link. This is need because I can't set EXISTING URL (link) in CMS page (only to create new page), which is very very stupid ...

Try to set "Contact Us" or "sitemap" or "stores" to any page in CMS. You can't!!! You can create new page but you can't set it to already existing page
