  1. Hi, I have a similar problem to yours and I wanted to ask if you have been able to figure it out. In my case, basically, when a payment comes back rejected, the customer receives an order confirmation instead a payment failure notice. VERY confusing. I checked statuses configuration and the payment_error email is set to be sent on payment failures, so I really don't understand why an order confirmation email is being sent instead. Any advice?

I'm working in the v.1.6.17 The correct way to change that URL is doing so through Backoffice > Preferences > Orders > CMS page for the Conditions of use In this option you'll be able to select the CMS page - of course you need to have it created before reaching this point. In the CMS page you can make as many translations as needed. Hope this helps. Best
  3. I have a similar issue. I bought a shitty template called BED | Multi Bed that had that menu pre-installed. After enabling the template and trying to make my first menu edition, I realize that the pre-configured items in the menu can't be erased. You can add more items but the previous ones aren't listed for edition/elimination.
