Hi,
I have encountered a very strange situation.
A customer ordered 5 products, and in the order in the backoffice I can only see 3 of them, but the total value is of all 5.
The customer paid trough paypal and in paypal all 5 products appear as the cart description.
Also, if I check the Shopping Cart history I can find the customer's cart with all 5 products in them.
The customer did not issue any return for any of the products.
Can anyone point to a possible source of the problem.
