  1. deleting the cache/class_index fixed it. thanks for your help
  2. Okay I've installed Prestools Suite again (had it before, very helpful module) but I'm getting the same error when trying to access /prestoolssuite/index.php: Fatal error: Class 'Employee' not found in /home/detroitd/public_html/config/config.inc.php on line 182 Below I've included a pastebin of my config.inc.php file. Line 182 looks good to me. https://pastebin.com/7MJN645b
  3. I've had a couple orders since the admin panel went down. Is there a way I can check my orders through PhpMyAdmin?
  4. I have tried replacing the config.inc.php and Employee.php files with copies from a fresh zip of the same PS version - no change.
  5. Okay, I've replaced both of those and nothing has changed.
  6. Getting a 500 error when trying to get to my admin panel, enabling dev mode revealed this: Fatal error: Class 'Employee' not found in /home/detroitd/public_html/config/config.inc.php on line 182 I have Employee.php in my classes folder, so I'm not sure what's going on here.. Not sure if it makes a difference, but my admin folder was renamed during the prestashop install to a custom name, and I've migrated the website over from one host to another recently. I've tried playing with the permissions, but the only change that will happen is the error changes from a 500 to a 404, I haven't been able to do anything to access the login page.

  11. having the same issue on 1.6.1.7
  12. my current plan does not allow external mail providers, so ive reverted back to my cpanel email, (removed zoho mx records, etc) as my hosting company specified, i used localhost for the server, and port 25 - now the test email in prestashop says it sent successfully, but im still not receiving any emails emails did appear to be sending before i updated to 1.6.1.7
  13. they do just not on my current plan mines different in that i can't even get that test email to send, thats when im seeing the error i posted.
  14. I will check. I had assumed so since SSL/TLS are enabled
