Mine was a conflict between the two modules as well, but I got them both working. Did you change any of the script in the loyalty module to get the message to appear properly on the product page?

Any luck with this? I am having the same problem with the #new_comment_form after the URL

Hi, I am currently using prestashop 1.6.1.11 and productcomments module 3.6.1 by prestashop. I noticed today that I was unable to write a review on a product page, when I clicked the button the url would change to ........#new_product_comment but nothing would change on the screen, no forms. I tried a couple suggestions from the forums but nothing fixed it, the last one being reinstalling the module...it won't reinstall. I am getting the error: The following module(s) could not be installed properly: productcomments : I turned on error reporting and got the following error: Can't create table '..... .ps_product_comment' (errno: -1). I have attached a screen shot of the error. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this one? I saw a similar error on a post from a few years ago but there were no suggestions.
