Can't Access Back Office (No Response) In 1.6.1.1

Yesterday, I logged in to back office and make some translation.

But, today, i can't access back-office. Not even blank page. I try to clear cookies and not working.

 

No reponse.

See if you have an htaccess there. Try changing the admin folder's name too. Lastly, check the folder's access permission

It work because i install from scrach again.

 

Before fresh installation, i try clearing cache and cookies. i even try from different computer. but it won't work.

I have a similar problem. I  am a site implemented  with Prestashop1.6.1.2; the site is working correctly until some days ago. Suddenly, the site has had some problems ( first it was unreachable for a day  both in the backoffice and frontffice, and after a day they give a blank page. After contacting my provider the page for  login in the backoffice was visible again; however the login page in backoffice does not recognize the username; therefore  . I have changed  reset username and password following  the procedure outlined in Prestashop instructions. TAfter this he login is again  visible and seems accept the new password but after the login it gives a page  as shown in figure  and is blocked .

Please, someone can me support?
