Hi, Does anyone know if it's still not available for Switzerland? Years back, I contacted Prestashop and the were not very friendly. They argued that Switzerland is excluded although it it listed as included / available (as mentioned by Gereon already) but I also had the effect that it was missing in the list of available countries. I told them serveral times indeed but the PS team could not bother less. Kind regards

Jeśli natomiast chcesz robić autoupgrade to do 1.6.1.2.4 -> 1.7.6.5 -> 1.7.8.11 -> 8.1.5 (ale to długa przeprawa i analiza modułów, błędów. Pewnie z połowa modułów nie funkcjonuje poprawnie na 1.7.

' — ' . $subject; but this one gives me a server 500 error. I think it doesn't like that symbol "—". Do you have any thoughts on this? If i just delete the brackets, there is no space between the store name and the email action: Ex: StorenameOrder confirmed I would like to use the dash "—" so it looks like this : Ex: Storename — Order confirmed If i do that, it gives me the error i mentioned. So when you have time and if you have some other suggestions, i would appreciate it. Thank again.

Witam wszystkich i ponawiam moje zapytanie dotyczące aktualizacji presty. Posiadam wersję 1.6.1.4 i szukam kogoś konkretnego kto zaktualizuje sklep do najnowszej stabilnej wersji. Kogo polecacie kto zrobi to dobrze ale nie za miliony.

Właśnie nie trafiają w ogóle. Raz na pół roku trafi jakieś zapytanie, ale nie ma go na mailu, więc nie wiem czy to się jakoś wyklucza? Jak wpada do Obsługi klienta to nie ma go na mailu. Jak włączyliśmy teraz powiadomienia mailowe to zapytanie dotarło na skrzynkę ale nadal zero informacji w obsłudze klienta 😕

Z tego co pamiętam to do sekcji "Obsługa klienta" też powinny wiadomości z formularza kontaktowego trafiać.

Teraz tak, dziękuję. Zastanawia nas jednak, że co jakiś czas wpada jakaś wiadomość od klienta do sekcji 'obsługa klienta' - zakładaliśmy, że to właśnie tam mają trafiać wiadomości. Czyli z formularza tylko na maila a sekcja obsługa klienta to tylko komentarze do zamówień czy tam też może coś przychodzić? Nie mamy stamtąd powiadomień a nie chcemy nic przegapić.
