    Yeap, but i wouldnt stick for meta keywords ( google does not count them anymore). I would recommend to focus on title and descriptions.

    It's kinda of hack but you can try to tweak your category.tpl and add the facebook share button or like button in there.

    You won't find it in your FTP files. Are you in Linux or a windows machine? If you have cpanel there is a menu about php. If you are in your own server try /etc/php5

    Azure is non stable yet especially with the lamp configuration. I would recommend you to test digital ocean or linode

    I agree - the only difference you will see is in the profiles section. Otherwise you will have to drill down your content analytics

    You should take into consideration other factors too except from the keywords that a competitor might have in his site. If his site reputation is better than yours or has more links with the specific or similar keyword as anchor text, it will surely outrank you.

    Google in general tests various positions in sites in order to measure many factors such as, bounce rate, time on site, etc. Then it re-evaluates sites in order to give them more accurate position in rankings. Add also all the latest updates (panda update) that google is running. And think that this is happening for every site in a search result.....

    Google doesn't count meta keywords as a factor in rankings. Dont waste your time there.
