  1. Hm. I had a friend check, same issue but she's on IE..gotta poke around for those windows users...
  2. Still the same issue---disabled all plugins. :/ It's very strange! what could the difference be between your Firefox and mine? Would it be an OS thing?
  3. Hm...I just updated to the latest version (12.0) and I'm still having this issue (I did remove cookies and empty cache /restarted Firefox). Is there something else it could be?
  4. Hi, my shop layout is messed up in different browsers/OS's. I have an issue with Firefox and Safari, none with Chrome, another person I know doesn't with Firefox. It's very strange. The shop should be a simple grid: http://www.urbanxonline.com and it gets pushed back on some (see attached - ignore different urls, same shop). How it should look: Safari: Firefox: Anyone know why this would happen, and how to fix??
  5. Thank you Mike...I really appreciate your patience and help! I'll let you know if everything goes through.
  6. Ok. It's confusing because in doing a search, I can see that I'm not the only one this has happened to when installing the latest version of PayPal. I'm not sure what version it was It is what came with my version of Prestashop 1.4.7.0 Thanks for your help, Mike
  7. Hi Mike, doesn't seem to have made any difference :/ I replaced that file, reinstalled the PayPal module and again, it has disappeared off of the modules list. In addition, when I try to reach the shopping cart on the front end of the shop, that page is blank as well. Clearly there is an issue with this latest version of the PayPal module. However, I no longer have a copy of the previous version, and i'm afraid the original problem with the error would return if I reverted to the older version. Is there any way I can speak to your developer? Or would your developer like access to the back end of the shop? I have an extremely frustrated client on my hands. Thank you!
  8. Ok. I've deleted Moneybookers, Hipay, ebay, and cashondelivery. Same issue with the modules list. I'm not sure what else I should delete...the site is very simple as you can see from my original url, but i dont' want to get rid of Fedex or google checkout, even though I'm not using them at the moment. For now, we only want to use Paypal for payment and UPS and "My carrier - Urban X Shipping (Japan only)" for shipping.
  9. Ack! Downloaded and uploaded from the link you provided, and my Modules and Payments pages are blank again.
  10. Ok!!! Got my modules list back! Now should I re-upload PayPal...? If so what version, and would it be better to upload the zip from my HD or better through Prestashop Addons?
