Hi, Is there a way to send the invoice to a different email then the clients "login" mailadress. i.e. I have big clients. They have their own login account ([email protected]). But invoices have to go to the main Finance department ([email protected]). No I have no option then to do that mannualy. Maybe an option to add an emailadress to the Address. And then use that one to send the invoices to. Ideas or solutions are welcome Thanks in advance.

We use our prestashop 1.6.0.9 for all our orders. A lot of people use the regular way to place an online order, but we also have a lot of clients who just send an email, or order by phone. For that group we place a backoffice order, and most of them will be paid later (on invoice) These orders are valid, but not yet paid. But I can't find out how to make a difference between that. I have an order status "Order on invoice" this is set on valid order, but I unchecked the "set as paid" option. But somehow it still sees the order as paid. Because in the B2B outstanding page these orders do not show up. They only show up there when I uncheck the "Valid order" in the orderstatus. But then the amount the customer spends is not taken into account in the revenue stats. and I need to see an overview of outstanding amounts so I can ask client to pay. Anyone with the same problem or anyone who knows a way to fix this? Thanks in advance

Any Awnser for this? I am using PS 1.6.0.9 And it is very anoying to manually delete all combinable cart rules by hand everytime a new cat rule or voucher is created. Thanks for any help.

Hi There, Does anyone know if and how it is possible to attach the same PDF attachment to all products in one category. I have PDF specsheets that apply to all the products in a category. But now I have to add them to all products sepperatly. Is it possible to attach it to the category instead and that it shows up at all the products in that category? Any help is welcome. Thank you

Weet iemand of het mogelijk is (en hoe) om PDF bijlagen te koppelen aan een categorie ipv aan een product. Maar dan wel op de productpagina die bijlage te tonen. Ik heb productsheets in pdf die voor alle producten in 1 categorie hetzelfde is. Nu kan ik voor 1000 producten per categorie handmatig die PDF koppelen, maar misschien is het handiger als ik die pdf aan de betreffende categorie kan koppelen, dat zijn er namelijk maar een stuk of 15. How can I do this? An url forward changes the domainname, and the same seems to happen with cname. And it does not direct me to shop2, but to shop1....

Hi Wollie, I had the same problem. On a windows machine with IE I had no problems. But on Mac with Firefox I got this error with the image uploading. The added setting to the .htacces fixed it. Don't ask how... because i really don't know. it just worked for me.
