Carl Favre Posted September 26, 2011 Share Posted September 26, 2011 Hello everyone, If you encounter the following error : L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10417 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction cannot complete. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error The reasons can be : Some of your clients use multiple credit cards on Paypal, and some of them are expired.You have to inform your clients to use another payment methods As Daasar told us :Paypal servers are located all around the world and so some bank companies block the payment because the server is not located near the customer location.
