just wondering why I can't edit the 1st shop in "my shops" on addons.prestashop.com. Anyone  know the reason?

Today the module is still not working, we want to file a complaint form against this developer.

Issue #1:
I submited 3 files - by one for PrestaShop 1.4, 1.5 & 1.6.
Result: For All 3 I got 3 different "issues", although the validation is pretty much the same. Also on the response there's no information for which one from the 3 is that response.

Issue #2:
- Before I submit a module, I need to validate it with the https://validator.prestashop.com/, so I'm validating.

- After submitting, my module get rejected with the following description "Using our license notices in your index.php file, you must use your license notices"
- I'm changing the license to mine and resubmitting for validation
- Now I got the following: "Can you remove the license of your Prestashop files, especially on templates, thank you."
- Also, at validator.prestashop.com the .tpl licenses & .php license are mandatory and return errors if missing.

- Before I submit my module I must check the checkbox that I have validated it at at validator.prestashop.com.

So what shall I do? 

1) Remove all license comments on all files (Which they asked me to add)? 
2) Leave my licenses on my files (Which they asked me to remove)? 
3) Shoot myself?

I want to give my feedback about the new look of the product pages on addons market. I find them really bad. The first thing you see when you open an product page is one title and "video". For example on themes there is not even an theme screenshot (unless the user manage to see the small arrow in the gallery and realize there are screenshots behind the videos). Not only that, but the images are way too small. Also tabs and store demo links are terrible in my opinion.

I don't know how others feel about this change, but i liked the old design much much better, the new one is confusing, visually unappealing and with strange structure to me. I hope others share their opinions and lets make addons better :)

The last few weeks have seen security issues arise in PrestaShop ecosystem, due to serious flaws in some popular modules and themes. The latest versions of PrestaShop do not have known security issues.

We’ve created this thread to centralize the current available information. Feel free to share your tips, and most importantly: UPGRADE YOUR INSTALLATION!

Make sure your modules and your theme is up-to-date! And if you can, upgrade PrestaShop to the latest and safest version: PrestaShop 1.6.1.6.

The Warehouse theme

Warehouse is a very popular theme, sold through the ThemeForest marketplace (not available on PrestaShop Addons). But while the latest version (3.8.1, released July 19th) is safe, older version have modules which contain a serious security flaw.

The initial security fix was released on June 18th, with version 3.7.7. The initial issue was with the theme’s own Image Banners module.

Other modules included with the Warehouse theme appear to be problematic. In all, the community has given feedback about the following Warehouse-included modules:

• Simpleslideshow

• Columnadverts

• Homepageadvertise

• Productpageadverts

The author has quickly released issues, and also posted a thorough article on how to check your store and clean it, and contacted the people who bought this theme.

Community member Lesley Paone, from Dh42, has published his own article, which includes a hotfix script to help you clean your installation.

Problematic modules

The community also gave us feedback about the following modules:

• Advancedslider

• Attributewizardpro

• Columnadverts

• Homepageadvertise

• Homepageadvertise2

• Productpageadverts

• Videostab

• vtermslidesshow

While we can’t confirm that all of them are related with these issues, you should double-check your store and see if you use the latest version of each of these modules.

Attribute Wizard Pro module

The community-created Attribute Wizard Pro module was found to be flawed. It has been fixed by the author on July 9th, and we strongly advise you to update yours to its latest version, v1.7.14.

VTEM Slideshow module

The community-created VTEM Slideshow module also suffers from a serious security flaw. We currently have no way of knowing whether it has been fixed or not.

Abandoned Cart Reminder Pro module

An Addons-created module was found to be vulnerable, and was fixed last week. It was put offline by the Addons team as soon as we learned about the issue, and is back online now that it is fixed it.

In addition to that, Addons customers who bought the module received an e-mail notification about the security optimization.

Send to a Friend module

While not being a security issue per-se, the native Send to a Friend module, which is included in every version of PrestaShop, was recently found to have an issue which allowed malicious people to spam e-mail addresses using the store’s web server.

The issue was fixed thanks to a community member, and a safe version is available since June 2016. The community member in question wrote about it this week.

How PrestaShop Addons reacted

The Addons team takes security very seriously -- we even have a team member solely dedicated to security.

All modules (even module updates) submitted to Addons must pass the PrestaShop Validator automated tests, and Addons developers also check on new modules to make sure they work safely.

Even so, sometimes bad code pass our automatic and human filters: that’s what happened with the Abandoned Cart Reminder Pro module above. Luckily, our community has our back and warned us.

We have a process for when we learn of a security issue in a module or a theme:

1. Put it offline from Addons.

2. Contact its developer about it.

3. Wait for the developer to fix the issue and release a new version on Addons.

4. Put the addons back online with the fixed issue.

5. Contact all the Addons customers who bought the addon, warning them to update their store’s module.

This is exactly the process we followed. A batch e-mail was sent this week, advise customers to update their installation of the Abandoned Cart module.

To prevent further issues, we have put offline some modules that seem to prevent the same issue, and we have strengthened our security process.

What you can do

Even if there are no recent security updates concerning your theme or modules, we advise you to check if you are infected or not.

In short: if you have the Warehouse theme or any of the modules listed above, DO UPGRADE THEM. Contact their respective author if you need to: we listed their website or product sheet above.

The tricky part is that every site is different, and the security flaws are mostly the same, each hacker has his own set of files to upload. Hence, cleaning up an infected store can be automatically done: the most secure way is to rely on a recent backup of your files.

Moreover, listing the flawed files would be giving too much information for potential hackers…

We did hear of a hack which replaced the /controllers/admin/adminLoginController file with its own, so even though no new file has been uploaded, your site will be more secure if you use a backup (or if you upgrade to the latest version of PrestaShop). Check the last modification date of your files using an FTP client, such as Filezilla!

On top of cleaning up your files (or replacing them with a recent backup), what you should do in case of a confirmed infection is:

• Change your back office password, and that of other admin accounts. Check the Employee page to make sure no new employee has been created.

• Change your SQL password.

• Change your FTP password.

We hope your site is safe and sound.

Hi, I bought an add on PageSpeed Module by Keshva Thakur,

It does not work and I have a hard time comunicating with a developer.

The developer does not speak good english and answering just :  "if you use mac use Keywork CTRL + R" or "try to other firefox" or "send me backoffice details" witch I cannot do.

Module should make changes that will make a score in google pagespeed test better, but it does not do that. Also, when module is instaled I cannot log into the back office without deleting https:// from back office address.

What can I do now ? Can someone else help me ?

I'm seeking advice regarding a theme I bought a while ago.

Since I installed it, it has given me nothing but trouble, it's error after error and all i get is replies requesting my credentials for ad-hoc fixes. I have spent more time testing the site for errors than actually loading products for the store.

Moreover when I tried to talk to the theme support requesting a reason why a poorly coded theme is sold to the public, all i get is replies written in poor English, the likes of "We fixed your issue.
Thank you!", "And we checked your site, it's working", when they clearly haven't because i keep finding more errors.  

I'm seeking a fair solution but the developer does nothing but reply in a machine manner, I assume they don't understand or just refuse to acknowledge my claims.

Is there a way to get a refund or have somebody from Prestashop to intercede on my behalf? Because after all the so called fixes, the theme itself is faulty and paying 105 dollars for a theme that isn't fully functional is a robbery.

I have bought this plugin, Advanced SEO Friendly URLs, but it is not working as it should. I wrote to the developer for many times but he didn't answer and I don't know what to do.

How can I change a license to a different URL?

Several module developers try to show me options in PS addons that are not available for normal customers.

I had enough with prestashop store. I strongly recommend NOT to buy form prestashop store. Especially themes. No refunds, long responses form support (if any) and usually no help. 

If you want to buy module, search for developer, find him and purchase form his website. Why? Because they will certainly provide better support, allow refund, and provide detailed instructions. 

Most impotrtantly NEVER BUY themes form prestashop. They are THIRD PARTY in this business. Always check for same template in Template Monster website. Why? Because prestashop sells INCOMPLETE themes. Yes incomplete. You will not get access to source files and PSD files as they are encrypted with password from.... Template Monster! And guess what, you will not receive this password form prestashop. Meaning you are receiving INCOMPLETE product! If you buy theme form Template Monster you will get ALL passwords to all files. Finally there is NO refund on your purchase in prestastore. 

To sum it up. You are better off with buying form the SOURCE as template monster rather than buying INCOMPLETE product from THIRD PARTY company like prestastore.

You have been warned!

PS. I am waiting form prestastore admin to comment on this before he removes this post. I am curious what the have to say about that. I wasted (again) money on incomplete product where you can buy complete product form the source. 

However my last withdrawal request had an invoice date of 9/1 and the transfer never occurred.  I also submitted a request from the contact us page to the billing/invoice team, and I have not received any reply.

I bought a module for Amazon Marketplace 5 days ago. We've been trying our entire team for 5 days, and we've been asking for help from Common-Services, and they do not have installation support in this case. We send only unnecessary texts and resolutions that we have tried before them.
I paid over 10 Developers specialists in Prestashop, and nothing.
We want to receive a refund for this module, which cost a lot (£ 215.99).

It's been months my modules are stuck at 500 downloads mark. Looking at the sales number, they should now get to 1000 downloads by next update.  But when do Prestashop Addons team update that counter? When do they run their cron for this?

I bought this module on the 7th and now on the 10th I am requesting a full refund to the developer but he refuses to give a refund.

After installing the module, I tried to disable it and both the frond end and back end stopped working and gave 500 error codes all the time.

After each test the problem was fixed but a different problem started.

Tried to contact the developers but they take weeks to respond to my messages and now my 90days of support is over i'm left with a not-fully working Prestashop and lost my money. Cannot make sales via my Prestashop due to the fact that the developers don't want to fix the issues.

At the last mail, support team says that folder permissions are not correct. Common Services Amazon module is running at same server at same site and do not have any problem.
All folder permissons are 777 and module is able to create files as you can see the attached zip file.

The module has been purchased for about 1 month and we spent hours as a team to solve the problem by ourself.If we work some we will code a new module for Cdiscount.

Now we update all modules- themes and Prestashop to the latest version and getting same error.

I found the urls are not robust to title change, contrary to the classical id-title treatment in prestashop.

For instance: The original url from prestashop is

but the old url still works

This is nice because I can keep updating titles without my clients having broken links in the email I sent pointing to the old version of my website.

With pretty urls, we loose this robustness, there is a 301 redirect from

but if I change the title of the page, to piluliers plastique france, the new url in pretty url becomes

This is a big issue for our sales department which sends many quotes per day and we cannot afford links to be broken. I have thus deactivated this module. Is there a way to make pretty url robust to url change like the original prestashop treatment (using the category id in the background ?).

I was wondering if anyone knows of any trial period on Addons purchases. I haven't seen any. I see that people try to get their money back on different issues, some with success and some not.

I believe that there has to be a trial period of at least 15 days on Addons with refunds available within this period without a question.

Our only option to make sure that an Addon is what we need before a purchase is to go through reviews. However, everybody's case may be different.

For example, I am using an Amazon marketplace addon but I am not 100% satisfied. There is another one I want to check out but I don't want to risk $150. Screenshots don't help. Descriptions are all advertisement.

PrestaShop management and messages on these forums don't give me enough confidence that the refunding process will be hassle-free.

I have found all of the data was lost after maintenance June 9, 2018

All of my message, sale, module description are gone. I have got a lot of sales from June 5 to June 9. But after Addons update, I've got ZERO sale. Today is June 11, But I didn't hear any information from Addons Team. 

Before the maintenance, my customer can't download the right module. They purchased the module Custom fields https://addons.prestashop.com/en/registration-ordering-process/27422-custom-fields-registration-form-and-checkout.html

But they receive the module Form Builder when download: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/contact-forms-surveys/22563-form-builder-custom-contact-product-cms-quote-form.html

I have discussed with other Comunity developers, they also got the same problem.

recently we bought Push On Cart module for our website. But i have a small problem with displaying images.

I found out that the img url is wrong (it includes the domain name 2x) eg.:

I have access to all files and database, i know a bit of php but i couldnt find how to correct this error.

The error is present on 1.6.x and 1.7.x versions.

I've purchased a template through the store, and received confirmation from paypal that it has been paid. Still says awaiting validation. 

I see on the forums that many other people have had this same problem. It's really strange, as other marketplaces where I transact, the transaction happens in a couple of minutes....

Please could prestashop respond, as I tried logging a support ticket, but I can't seem to find a way to send through this query directly, as the online form for submitting, isn't working correctly ---- the Which order does this involve?   does not work at all - so can't send directly... I've looked for other methods of contacting Prestashop, but that doesn't seem forthcoming...

If you're in the market for a theme DO NOT buy from PrestaShop Addons. They promise customer support for 3 months, the problem is that nobody will ever answer the telephone or return your e-mails. If you call the Billing dpt you'll encounter the same problem. I purchased a theme called Strollik and it does not work. I've been trying to cancel this order and no luck with the English group. The Prestashop script is very good but their customer service is the worst. Buy from Themeforest. Less expensive and support is very attentive.

What is this for a supplier coeos.pro?

I bought this module EAN barcode 8, 13, 15, 18 on 6-2-2018 and got some help with the module that did not work at all with Prestashop 1.6.1.18, but it ended. I have still not received the module in working condition, despite having written an error report in his shop and sent several reminders to him via the forum.

I am very new to Prestashop and am about to create my first store.   I'm interested to know how licences work for paid modules.  If I buy a module, does that allow me to use it multiple times or only on one shop?  If I have a multi-store shop (or multi-vendor), do I need to buy the module for each store?   What happens if I later move my shop(s) to another host?  Do the module licences move as well?

I won't list the modules but want to share my experience.

I bought one module which said it was compatible with 1.7.0. I installed it onto my 1.7.2 installation and it didn't work, front end was replaced with a blank page, errors when I turned on debugging. I spent a day debugging the issues and it become clear quite quickly that it had not been written to work with Prestashop 1.7. To make sure it wasn't an issue caused by 1.7.2 I installed a fresh 1.7.0 and had exactly the same problem. The files inside the zip file were dated October 2016, I understand that 1.7 was released in November 2016. That module cost me £90.

I bought another module which does the same thing, this one cost me £270. It is listed as being compatible with 1.7.3. I downloaded it and installed it, this one didn't break the front end which was a good start. I configured it and checked the product it was attached to, but the module wasn't visible. I tried installing it on my fresh 1.7.0 installation and it worked.

I did some more digging and found the module was attaching itself to the displayProductButtons hook. After searching on the internet I find out this hook was replaced in Prestashop 1.7.1 with the hook displayProductAdditionalInfo.

So I have to ask how a module costing £270 can advertise itself as being compatible with 1.7.3 when it's attaching to a hook that was removed in 1.7.1.

I've moved over to using Prestashop for ecommerce sites but this experience is making me think twice. Is this just dishonest developers or the state of 1.7 modules in general?

By now I've tried up to 5 Credit Cards in the system but the payment option is giving an error. Pakistan doesn't allow Paypal and the process of a Bank Wire Transfer is extremely lengthy these days (Thanks to Government). Please can anyone help me here? Is the link down or something. I bought some module but it's not what I expected.

How to return it and get money back?

We recently bought a prestashop module and when we installed it, it did not work. We used google to see that it was giving out some errors (see attached image). However we contacted the developer an he stated that we had to duplicate the error in his demo in order for him to provide us with tech support. This was his excat response;

Our modules, like everyone else's, are only guaranteed to work « as is » on a standard installation of PrestaShop without overrides or third-party modules, as it is obviously impossible for anyone to anticipate the endless functional customization possibilities the override mechanisms open up.

We therefore invite you to pass this message on to your developer / webmaster / web agency / technical contact so they can take appropriate action to resolve the conflict without risking breaking something, as only they have intimate knowledge of what they have done.

They can however get in touch with us directly from the Addons website > contact the developper link from our module product sheet, if they need to ask us any questions.

Finally, after many searchs, I found a form to contact Prestashop Addons. And which was their answer? They answered that I must use a form to contact the department of payments. But you know, where this form carries me???? It even is funny. The form only is to contact the seller of the module. But I do not want to speak with this scammer again!!!

Well, my money is lost and I am not troubled about this small quantity of money. I am only angry due to the terribly bad, even non-existent, customer attention service from Prestashop Addons. And I will also write here about the seller of the module. Maybe nobody from Prestashop take care of customers. But at least customers will be adviced by me, and also by other many buyers whom suffered a similar problem. You only have to use Google to find them.

I bought this module because it says that it is compatible with Prestahop v1.6.0.4 to v1.7.2.4. My version is v1.6.0.9, but the module never worked. The seller never sent any instruction or explanation, only sent to me different versions of his module, but none of them worked. I asked a refund but the seller said that I must update my Prestashop version. I answered that my Prestashop is working perfectly and I will not update it, besides the module must work with v1.6.0.9, as he offers. Finally, the seller asked FTP access to my online shop. I answered that I dont give FTP access to unknown people, and this literally was his answer: "Do not be paranoid, we work with hundred and hundred of customers".

This individual thinks that we are stupid. If we give FTP access to him, we will be always tied to him, and we will never be able to write a complain against him. Or even worst...

Brand new to the prestshop community so excuse myself if I am posting my questions at the wrong place.

My questions is regarding using an add-ons on several domain names.

I am going to develope and online store and my client requires several features which are going to be bought as add-ons.

Also, We are going to develope the store on a testing domain name and once we are happy with the store we would like to switch it to the main domain.

So, what is the approach for bying an add-on that can be used on several domain names or alternatively use it on the testing domain name and once the store is ready then register the add-on with the main domain name.

The moudles i bought already over 2days  and still not verified for download, it is rediculus.

The native module Faceted Search works great but it has a great limit: it only shows and work on the category pages, so for example it's impossible to have it working in the search results page, and it's a real pity because this really limits the functionality of this important module.

So, please, is it possible to work on an updated version for this module (for PS 1.7, 1.6 and older) that supports even other pages than the category pages? Thanks

Making things really confusing.

I'm selling my module in Prestashop Addons. Now I want to try to sell in my personal website. 

But I'm wondering that can I sell same product on both Prestashop Addon & my website. Can I do that?

I hope someone work on Prestashop can explain me and let me more details.

The story is, When I did the purchase, I make a mistake to purchase the same module x 2. I only need one order instead of two. There is no way to ask for refund or contact prestashop.

I'll be summarizing what it is and how it works.

ZEN option includes 12 months of technical supports, and it's valid for minor releases as well as major release.

Only Captain and Superhero contributors can provide this option.

What if a contributor is not Captain or Superhero?

Or what if I, as a customer, don't purchase ZEN option?

Yes, in both of cases, it falls down to basic support which includes: 3 months of technical support and only minor releases.

What about pricing model?

As a customer, you can subscribe to ZEN option at 3 different times:

- (1) At the time and along with your purchase of the main addon, for example, our RockPOS Point of Sale (POS) Pro.

- (2) Within 3 months after purchase.

- (3) Since 4th months after purchase but not after 12 months

In which, (1) is the best option - you can benefit from the best price. (2) is a bit higher in price. And (3) is provided with full price and usually costs up to 80% of the main addon.

What's else?

These notices are important and worthy to read it carefully:

1. Currently, you can't renew ZEN option. I guess, it would be possible in future.

2. ZEN option, currently only takes effect during 12 monhts after purchase regardless of when you subscribe to ZEN option.

Let's say:

You purchase addon A in January.

Then, in September, you decide to subscribe to ZEN option. It does not mean, you benefit from ZEN option until next September. Instead, it will expire in next January, 12 months after the purchase

I do hope this will help customers decide which to go with. 

In my opinion, the first option is always the best one: best price and longest time-frame support.

after 8 years i bought many modules and contating many developer in addons. But I did not see them like this.

module is not working , i asking almost 20 questins bot not good answer at all.

also he want me extra money for zensupport , i can pay money but i know if i ipay  he 'll will never support me.

Am I missing something? Do most modules not let you trail them too see if they do what you need them to do? This is ridiculous.

For example, we are considering the "Quick assign images into product combinations Module" but from what I can decipher from the sales page you still have to make a new attribute for every image you bring in. This does not seem to save any time. Spending 40 euro again for something that we are not sure how it works (yes I watched the videos, they are little help also) is like shooting first then asking questions. Poor system.

I can log in to the Prestashop main site okay, but when I click on the modules menu option, it shows me the modules screen and logs me out and requests that I log in again.

When I try it tells me that the has been an authorisation failure.

I then try requesting a new password and it tells me that I don't have an account.

If I try to create an account with the same password, it tells me that I already have an account. HELP !

I've tried it in Chrome and Edge and have tried registering new credentials with the same issue.

I have bought a module from Prestashop Addons and it has several bugs. Tried to contact author and you via contact form system at Addons website for a few times but no answer. Where can I contact author or I need refund for this purchase.

I installed Prestashop official payment addon Alipay for my Chinese customers. Everything works fine for setting up and payment. Only one problem is that it redirects the customer to a 404 page after paying successfully, and I think this addon does not add a page for that. Could you guys have a solution for that?

I have just uploaded my module to Prestashop Addons. And I get a response from Reviewers. He said my module has too much override files (there are 4 override files in my module). 

He only accepts 2 override files max. 

It is too RIDICULOUS. Because In my experience, there are a lot Prestashop modules has over 2 override files. 

For example the Page Cache Unimate, there are 18 override files in the module.

Why the Reviewers accept the module but not accept my module?

Why the old module is possible has any number of override files but a new module isn't possible???

Message to Prestashop Addons manager - Do you understand how hardship of a developer to complete a module?

I bought this "BigBuy Import & Sync Orders" and it simply doesn't work as advertised. I set it up 3 weeks ago and it barely synced english language files. When I do complaint through module/extension page, it just redirects me back to the developer who claims "no no no module works well" but it just doesn't. Isn't there any kind of consumer care or something on prestashop marketplace?

Does it really take 3 weeks to syncronize 20k products? Because prestashop's default csv import takes 2 hours max. Module settings don't work either. I think a prestashop autorized person should thest that particular module, I feel like scammed.

It goes through all the impudence from the author of the module and Prestashop site.
We bought a new version of the Amazona Marektplace module on the 12.08.2016 and immediately there was loads of mistakes/bugs. Then for two months they could not fix this, havent received a funds return, we went back to the old version.
Now I've got it back to the latest version, it's been 6 months and they propably fixed some mistakes but there was a a surprise. The module has even more errors than before.

Kupiliśmy nową wersję moduł Amazona Marektplace 12.08.2016 i od razu kupę błędów. Potem przez dwa miesiące nie potrafili naprawić tego i kasy też nie oddali, cofnęliśmy się do starej wersji.

Teraz wróciłem to do najnowszej wersji, w końcu minęło 6 miesięcy i pewnie naprawili błędy a tu niespodzianka. Moduł ma jeszcze więcej błędów.

My conclusion: you thevies - return our money because I cannot call it another way.
I chose this type of form because Prestashop does not even reply to any of the messages, and the author has fixes in his behind

I have discussed with their tech support that Presta usually requires a module to be installed which then connects to a web service / API.

Can anyone explain how to get this to work?

After I downloaded it the module I received was completely different that what is advertised on the website. I received a module called "tv extra product tabs" It looks nothing like what I ordered and when installing it states that this module is not supported by prestashop?

I tried to contact support twice, but they just do not reply. I want to get a refund, but not sure how if I can't get in contact with them.

Does anyone have any advice?

i made my first module for the addons platform.

I try for a couple of hours to send the zip file in the seller interface and i still have this message : 

"Your module has an invalid structure. You need to compress the module's folder. Go on doc.prestashop.com for more information."

i made some optimizations on my files and folders, submitted my zip file to the validator and all is clean according to him

So what am i supposed to do ??

They don't answer their phones or reply to emails. I understand you can buy 'tickets' which are incredibly expensive, but these aren't custom modifications or unique requests, they are simply trying to contact them in the ways they offer, which are apparently free.

How do I speak to them?

I have updated my module from version 1.6 to version 1.7 in 2 weeks ago. For version 1.6, my module is accepted. But for version 1.7. My module is declined and I get this message from Review Team:

I don't agree with the decide of the reviewer. I contacted to him in a week ago but there is no response.

Before submit to review team, I validated by validator.prestashop.com. But I sure the tool isn't compatibility with prestashop 1.7. Because it report error for correct code of Prestashop 1.7.

How to get support or refund ?

Our shop is in 1.5.6.3, installed 3.9.166 module. We wanted to update this module to newest version 4.xx.

Update has been bought and then the whole circus started. Module hasn't been working properly so we decided to write a message to the author itself. First there was only one specialist which I think didn't understand the problem entirely. After a week the new specialist took the case and still helped us at all. After 2 weeks another specialist came along – asking for data which we gave at the start!!! Would it be hard to look and read the tread from the beginning?

After several of attempts and months clearing the problem – final effect came to 0.

We are talking here about working online shop - daily imports were like dozen from Amazon.

It was treaten like a lab rabbit from the authors side.

That was it – we ask for a refund and got back to the working version 3.9.166.

Author odeclined - because there is a paid support from your side so someday this problem will be fixed, so his response was to install another version which they done already.

Due to lack of funds from the authors side – we requested refund directly from the Prestashop – they receive the money for our module order. Prestashop hasn't being well giving the anwers like 1 time for 10 days as a miracle for us to happen. They said that only the Author of a module can give a refund. We requested refund – after 3 weeks – nothing happen.

The money has gone from our account – if the module works or not – nobody cares.

Giving you my feedback I request for a 100 time for this crap that you sold to us ?

Is it ok to have a bad reputation for 200 Euros?

If this will not give any effect we will take further actions – it's not about those 200 Euros – just for simple dignity.

I want to add a module to prestashop addons, but I have the following error :

Uploading my pdf documentation, I have the error "Only PDF are accepted".

I tried to make my PDF using different tools : PDFCreator, Microsoft Word, online tools, and still the same error.

Is it a bug on prestashop addons ?

Or do I have to use another tool to make my PDF file ?
