Pylones is a story that began 35 years ago with the primary ambition of creating fun products to enliven everyday life and make people smile. We rely on creativity. We design all our product ranges at the brand’s headquarters in Colombes. We work with both external and internal designers (many of whom have been following us since the beginning of our adventure). This means that each Pylones product has its own story, memory, and artistic moment.
For Pylones, PrestaShop’s main strength is that it allows us to continue developing our omnichannel strategy. Today, Pylones’ customers make purchases in boutiques and through our website. This is why we want to cover all bases and ensure customer satisfaction at each and every contact point. Consequently, we want to get to know our customers and offer them items that are relevant (i.e. in keeping with their profiles and preferences).
We manage our catalog with Store Commander: it’s quite useful because we have a very large offering. We actually have more than a thousand products, and each product can be customized according to our many motifs. It is thus necessary to create product and design sheets and to update them according to each range’s release... Fortunately, PrestaShop makes product integration easy!
