China is a rapidly growing e-commerce market. Actually, China is the fastest growing e-commerce market with an annual growth of 70%.

Every online merchant has a story and Pat Chun’s story began 80 years ago in Hong Kong. With a successful family owned food store selling traditional Chinese products, Pat Chun decided to take their business online 10 years ago. Today, they are still selling their delicious food all over the world using PrestaShop.


Trevor Ng, Managing Director of Pat Chun, shares their online strategy and how they manage to use offline communications to drive traffic to their online store. He also explains how an online store is the perfect way to speak directly with your customers.
