You can use dreamweaver and create your template and apply to this.

This module is target for people who have difficult in using editing and designing softwares.

I FTPd it to my modules folder and got this once I go to Modules in BO:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<’ in /home/virtual/mohsart.se/public_html/classes/Module.php(325) : eval()‘d code on line 11
Parse error(s) in module(s)
maileditor
Edit: PS 1.2.4
