Take the broken module out again. If you didn’t install/paste one, check your permissions…

Not only one module, I cant see any modules (standard modules).

permission is 777

What did you do to make it like this?

Usually it happens when you add a broken module.. Delete the broken module and then try again.

If you installed a module before the problem occurring, erases its folder.
