I’ve just done a test order again through my site I have a customer who has informed me he is going to make a purchase as soon as I put the product he wants on the site.

And when I’ve made the test order, it hasn’t issued an invoice or order confirmation to my email address that I use for testing.

Does anyone know why that would be? I’d done a test order a couple of weeks ago and got an invoice confirming the order from my site?

Also, and less important, paypal automatically debited the payment, whereas I’m sure before it was pending until I put it through myself. Any ideas with that one?

Any help (quickly!) would be great.

Scrap that whole message and assume I’m stupid.

Out of interest (or nosiness) what was your problem in the end?

All you need to know is that unless you are very very stupid, you will not have the same problem.

I can confirm that it was nothing at all to do with Prestashop.

I wouldn’t worry I’m sure we have all been there at some time or another!

Why didn’t someone tell me I had to install the module
