Hello, I try to create more custom fields to my contact form. I followed this tutorial of nemo1: http://nemops.com/ad...m/#.VHZgY1bS6w3 I create a first new field "Phone." But I don't find my new fields in BO or email. Then, I have 3 entries that create my SQL database (see picture): One nothing One with email One with the phone Could anyone help me please?
