  1. Table xxx_mailalert_customer_oos is created in database and is empty. But when i click Notify me when available there isn't the write operation in the table.
  2. Hi all. PS version 1.6.0.9 mailalert module 3.4.5 (accepting automatic update of bluehost) hosting bluehost setting php function mail. Mailalert works regularly except for product availability. Under the label "This product is no longer in stock" when a product is finished, if I click Notify me when available after inserting email, this email isn't store in the database, so if I change the quantity of the finished product there isn't any alert communication to a customer or potential sutomer. Please, can you help me? Gionata
  3. Hi all, I have the same and identical problem with my site using the version 1.6.0.9 of prestashop. How have you solved this problem? The code referred on https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/commit/43a68c61c8f971705adb3f48c8799513dc9386ec is yet present in my prestashop version!
  4. Login page I mean the page in which a client can register within my site or a client yet registered can logged with own username and password.
  5. I try to use each suggestions in the forum...I don't know how I can fix it, I haven't had any result. The issue is on the login page that isn't loaded because of too many redirects. Could help me please?
  6. I try with Mozilla Firefox browser, that gives me the same error but with a note: "the problem often is due to block or rejection of cookies".
  7. I don't understand totally what you write, but if you have some elements useful to manipulate something in backoffice, please can you share it?
  8. The error associated to SSLv3 protocol is signalled but the hosting server supports also TLSv1. Important thing is that my server hosting altervista.org is a shared server.
  9. Thanks for reply Nemo1. Using whynopadlock.com I can check that certificate is actived and valid. Probably the problem is that when I write in research bar https://mysite.ssl.altervista.org/shop there is a redirection to the unsecure url: http://mysite.altervista.org. The same if a use the domain www.mysite.com with cloacking to http://mysite.altervista.org Howevere I try to activate and deactive friendly url, disable multiviews apache to yes and not, desable redirect option in SEO&Url section of back office...the result is the same: error too many redirects
  10. I made it...but now I have Error: too many redirects...
  11. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/249911-ps-154-ssl-err-too-many-redirects/ Like in link above, I verify in my database if was allowed https. So I allow it setting to 1 the appropriate flag. Now I have the same problem of the link above... too many redirects... It seems a joke.
  12. I have the same problem. Anyone has a solution for PS v. 1.6.0.9 ???
  13. Important: I added SSL, enabling SSL, disable MultiViews of Apache button to YES, and disable mod_security of Apache button to YES.
  14. Hi all. Prestashop v. 1.6.0.9 Paypal module v. 3.8.1 I have a problem regarding paypal payments due to presence of warning mixed contents, signalling by console browser (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox). These warnings are originated by images and product pictures when I click a possible item of interest for a client, checking express paypal payment button. These warning are related to normal size picture and miniatures and so on some other images, but all these ones are images of product example in the default theme of Prestashop 1.6.0.9 that I am using. I add an example of a possible warning list that I received when I try to perform a paypal payment: http://mysite.domain/shop/img/friendly-url-1416946913.jpg http://mysite.domain/shop/img/c/3-0_thumb.jpg http://mysite.domain/shop/img/c/3-1_thumb.jpg http://mysite.domain/shop/8-small_default/printed-dress.jpg http://mysite.domain/shop/20-small_default/printed-chiffon-dress.jpg http://mysite.domain/shop/modules/blockstore/store.jpg the page contains unsecured mixed contents...need to use a https secure connection instead of http. /shop/ folder is the directory in which I am building my prestashop store. So, my topic is a help request. Please, can anyone help me suggesting how change the loading of these images from http to https, or other possibility to fix this issue? Thank you in advance. Gionata
  15. I solved only a part of this issue. Following this discussion url: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224660-solved-how-to-remove-fontsgoogleapiscom-from-theme/ withe Vekia's suggestions... ...I changed the code in header.tpl to eliminate the problems due to googleapis fonts that are a part of issue called Mixed Content blocking SSL/TLS communication with paypal payment system. However I still have to resolve the other part of the issue, regarding the mixed contents associated to the images (miniature or entire) that I have in a specific product page. I am using the default theme of Prestashop v. 1.6.0.9 called default-bootstrap. So, please, have you any suggestions to transform the image loaded in each product page like a media https instead of http ? This is an example of errors/warnings generated in google chrome console (CTRL+SHIFT+j) at issue generation: and other ones similar. PS: I am undestanding this problem a little at a time so I have open some discussions to have help. When i will resolve this issue (I hope as soon as possible) I suggest the correct procedure in each discussion and add the solved consideration. Thanks in advance.
