    Finally It is sending now What I did is changed the MX Entry record from: Local Mail Exchanger to: Remote Mail Exchanger

    I'm having the same issue, but when using gmail it send the notification but not using domain email. Site is hosted in godaddy. Any help?

    Just an update: when I tried to change the customer service email to gmail, it send the notification but using the domain email it did not. Any idea how to fix this?

    The message just arrived, its delayed but still not getting a copy of email from contact us page.

    Thanks for the response Vekia, I just made a test sending response email via CUSTOMER >> Customer Service to the message I made in contact page but the email did not arrive too.

    Hi, When somebody fill up the form in contact us page, it does not send any email to the email I set in Customer Service at Customer >> Contacts. I am using the same email with the domain ex: [email protected]. Can somebody give me hand? Thank you

    Thanks Peter, but can you explain more I didn't get what you mean. Will that hide the shipping tab/page? What I want is instead of showing 1. Summary 2. Login 3. Adress 4. Shipping 5. Payment It will show 1. Summary 2. Login 3. Adress 4. Payment Is that possible?

    We have shipping but only 1 option so its better to hide it since there's no other choices to choose
