Hi there, I have been having major problems with the cms module on presta 1.6.0.9, and every effort to get support has not fixed the problem. My questions is this, I would like to delete all the files and SQL database info from my server and do a fresh install to hopefully fix the problems I have been having. I have created a DB backup of my current store via BO, when I reinstall and upload the saved DB backup what will happen to my images and modules from the current store, will they all be the same as before or will I need to go to all products and upload all images again in the product descriptions and on products, or will they be included in the DB back I have made, is there away to transfer all images into the correct place after fresh install without having to manually add them all

tried cleaning the cache, not also not sure if server is running opcode cache , apc or xcache, my web host is hostgator.com

I am really starting to hate presta, as a newbie and trying to deal with these problems it is a nightmare, will have to discard presta and go for something else, cant understand why we having these problems, I have deleted a cms catergory which i created and added to the top menu module, however when I go back to top menu module they still show as an option, and when I try create a new cms category it saves but does not show as option in the top menu module, and when i try create a cms page nothing shows ,will also not show the new cms category to link the new cms page in the drop option on the create new cms page also tried the debug on thing and that changes nothing, i am using latest version presta

Hi there, Please could you help, I have deleted some CMS page however they still showing on the top menu module, see attached image items in red block have been deleted from CMS but still show and the pages are still on our website www.electroniccigarettes.co.za also I do not speak code so is there a simple back end solution
