Hello everyone. I have a huge problem. When a user makes an order, the shopping cart displays the correct price, correct shipping cost, and the total value by adding the cost of the item plus shipping also correctly. However, once you select any of the payment options available, in this case I installed "Bankwire and PayU Latam", none of the 2 modules adds the value of the shipping cost. Only record the value of the item but do not add the shipping cost. In other words, while the shopping cart shows the Total Value correctly adding the item price plus shipping, the total value is not transferred to the payment option selected. Only the item price is transferred, but not the shipping cost. My store had been operating correctly, but this problem started happening since about five days ago and without making any modification in it. I deleted the carrier and I have returned to reinstall and nothing, I updated payment modules and nothing. The problem persists. I use Prestashop 1.6.0.9. I would appreciate any suggestions or collaboration in this regard and I am currently losing money. Thank you for your advice!

Hola a todos. Tengo un problema enorme. Cuando un usuario realiza un pedido, el carrito de compras muestra el precio correcto, el costo del envío correcto, y el valor total sumando el costo del artículo más el envío también correctamente. Sin embargo, una vez selecciona cualquiera de las opciones de pago disponibles, en este caso tengo instaladas "Transferencia Bancaria y PayU Latam", ninguno de los 2 módulos suma el valor del envío. Unicamente registran el valor del artículo pero no suman el costo del envío. En otras palabras, mientras el carrito de compras muestra el Valor Total correctamente sumando el precio del artículo más el envío, éste valor total no se transfiere a la opción de pago seleccionada. Unicamente se transfiere el precio del artículo y no el del envío. Mi tienda venía funcionando correctamente, pero este problema comenzó a suceder desde hace más o menos 2 días y sin haber realizado ningún tipo de modificación en ella. He eliminado el transportista y lo he vuelto a reinstalar y nada, he actualizado los módulos de pago y nada. El problema persiste. Tengo Prestashop 1.6.0.9. Agradecería cualquier sugerencia o colaboración al respecto ya que actualmente estoy perdiendo dinero. Gracias!
