  1. I looked everywhere but nothing in theme settings, or in their page builder, which they use to customise pages. The mystery is their files haven't been updated recently, but I did update PS modules (though ALL modules appear updated now in my FTP programme, so not easy to tell which may have caused upset). Thanks for trying.
  2. Yes, tried clearing cache. I didn't regenerate images as only some modules were updated. Just did and cleared cache but problem still there when viewed in Chrome by clearing its cache. Not been able to find a zoom module anywhere (I had searched).
  3. Hello. Updated Prestashop and now see broken view when I hover over product image, which are also larger and cut-off. URL: Keyword Catalog PrestaShop version: 1.7.8.9 Theme: Leotheme (has been working fine). Any help appreciated.
  4. I installed manually. Just selected defaults, then installed custom theme. Trying to avoid reinstalling as I have customised theme. Came to add CMS pages and ran into problems.
  5. Server software version: LiteSpeed PHP version: 7.4.33 Memory limit: 1536M Max execution time: 180 Upload Max File size: 1536M I get no errors with default theme. Just "The page you are looking for was not found" when I click Save and Preview. When I open CMS page again, page content window is empty:
  6. Thanks...our posts crossed. I did changed theme to default but still get errors. Please see above reply.
  7. I changed theme to default. I can create a CMS page but when I add content to it and click Save and Preview, I get page not found error, and content is discarded. Shangara.
  8. I just installed PrestaShop version: 1.7.8.9. I cannot create or update CMS pages. I found a forum thread that has the solution but cannot fathom it. Can someone list steps how to add new column to SQL or post a query I can copy paste in the database? This is apparently the solution: specification of new column: indexation TINYINT (1) unsigned This is the error I get when I save: Thanks in advance. Shangara.
  9. Using Prestashop 1.7x, when I try to create a sitemap with a commercial application (A1 Sitemap Generator), it refuses to list products that have combinations because Prestashop redirects by adding a number to the URL, so requires a hack which may affect ranking. For example: Friendly URL: http://www.shangara.me/home/6-the-national-theatre-of-great-britain-4-of-4.html Redirected URL: http://www.shangara.me/home/6-49-the-national-theatre-of-great-britain-4-of-4.html When I try and create a sitemap with the Google Sitemap module from Github, it just throws a 505 error. So how are people creating acceptable sitemaps when site includes products with combinations? Thanks.
  10. EI Captcha didn't help. Someone said in another thread you also need to modify your ContactController form. I found a tutorial on how to do it but was getting errors. With another kind soul's help, I was able to add reCaptcha manually. I uninstalled EICaptcha and deleted it to see if manual method made a difference. So far, no spams from Russian spammers. You can find instructions on how to do it if interested here: How do I integrate reCaptcha v2 into Prestashop? As to blocking IP address, it has no effect because spammers seem to be spoofing the IP. As to enabling Spam Assassin, I had done it.
  11. @SelectShop.at The abandoned carts with high value orders are from unregistered visitors. I have the robots.txt that Prestashop includes. I should add this one store is still using 1.6.0.14 (too time consuming to update and then restore by comparing changes). I meant Advanced parameters > E-Mails. I think I changed menu name to Admin Tools.
  12. EIcaptcha method of adding Google reCaptcha is easy but it doesn't stop spam, nor does it support invisible/silent reCaptcha.
  13. I haven't had spammers create accounts (I had checked). I had installed Google reCaptcha. They used ContactController somehow to send messages. I often see abandoned shopping carts containing thousands of pounds of goods (have had one such sale in 12 years and that was done privately). Have wondered if that is somehow connected. In Prefs > E-Mail, I saw hundreds of notifications, sent after a few seconds delay. This is what made me think a delay would stop them because they are obviously using a bot. Customers and would-be-customers rarely send another email within an hour from the Contact page. I tried to setup my own server but Prestashop won't except the settings (though I have my email clients setup to receive emails, using same settings). ITE, I discovered a tutorial that adds reCaptcha to ContactController. It's early days but am hoping that may stop the spam from contact-form.
  14. Has anyone created a module to delay sending massage by X mins/secs? This can be done for password reset and send reviews but not messages. Maybe a bit naive but wouldn't it stop spammers, who automatically send multiple spams?
