I didn't install modules, it is a default prestashop shop with the default theme. The list is longer, about 34 files. Can I replace them from a clean file ( same name and same directory ) ?

Tuvimos el mismo problema con RedSys, el Sabadell y el error SIS0334 (o "denegada 9334" desde el panel de Sermepa). Hablando con ellos me dicen que ese error lo devuelve cuando la transacción excede algunos parámetros de seguridad que se configuran en el TPV. Por ejemplo, que una misma tarjeta o una misma IP no haga más de X operaciones al día, que no superen determinado importe, etc. En nuestro caso, la configuración de seguridad de nuestro TPV tenía marcado que si se utilizaba una tarjeta extranjera, debía utilizarse desde el país de origen. Un cliente francés con tarjeta de Francia quiso realizar una compra con su tarjeta desde España y el sistema la rechazó con este código. En cualquier caso, todos estos parámetros te los cambian en la sucursal del banco, por lo que si te ocurre por la tarde o en fin de semana, te hacen una faena del copón. Pero bueno, la cosa es que tiene arreglo, así que si no os ha pasado, pero tenéis un TPV virtual de RedSys, preguntad en el banco cómo está configurado, por si acaso."

Mira si lo has puesto en entorno real o de prueba o contacta con el que te ha suministrado el tpv. Si es con Redsys te suelen facilitar bastante la ayuda.

Or maybe is our local antivirus that is confusing the files? If they are malware / virus what is the solution? Replace the files for a clean Prestashop version (same version) , contact our hosting to clean it? Any idea or help will be very appreciated

Me dijeron que un problema de seguridad y que por eso tenía que estar sin servicio 24 horas . Hoy han dicho que habían cambiado las DNS desde hace ya 2-3 horas y que tenían que propagarse y tardaba un poco, pero de momento seguimos sin servicio Ya me he quejado en el facebook, pero te remiten a que lo hagas desde el panel de control (cosa que está realizado desde ayer)

Buenas tardes Tengo una de mis webs en un alojamiento / hosting que lleva caído más de 24 horas ( ahora mismo 28 horas ), yo creo que aunque haya una incidencia en un servidor esto no es normal. He hablado varias veces con el alojamiento ( SW Hosting ) y me indican que han tenido un problema y que el protocolo les obliga a tener desactivada la web 24 horas, pero ya han transcurrido más de 28 horas y la web sigue sin acceso. ¿Sabéis si se puede reclamar o que se puede hacer en estos casos? Gracias
