Bonjour, je viens de commerncer à monter et administrer un site de commerce en ligne à Montréal. Le site est deja en ligne , pour l'administrer je me sers du CMS PRESTASHOP VERSION 1.5.6.2. Probleme pendant le processus d'achat payement et confirmation de commandes (factures) Au moment que un client qui a déjà crée un profil sur mon site veut confirmer l 'achat d'un produit, un autre produit qu'aparaît comme sugeré s'ajoute automatiquement sur leur commande et le montant à payer est modifié (item 1+item 2 + tax), sans avoir choix à l'enlever. Si le client, de toute facon confirme son achat et le paye, il recevra la bon facture avec le seul item qu'il avait choisi initielement. Par contre, l' administrator du site internet, recevra une facture avec le deux produits et le total payé modifié (item 1+item 2 + tax). De plus, dans le module de commandes la commande marquera que le item numero 2 (qui s' est ajouté automatiquement lors de l'achat en ligne) sera marque comme retourné. Ce problème survient avec n'importque quel client que j aie crée pendant mes tests depuis deux jours, sans avoir fait des modifications à cet module. Merci de recevoir vos commentaires. Hi guys, howe are you? Im having a major problem on my CMS prestashop. Im new to all related to the CMS prestashop. Mostly graphic designer experience and some web sites . Im doing some tests for my site, and since 2 days a go, I got a big problem with the orders: prestashop 1.5.6.2 -every time that someone want to buy something, during the order process a new item its added. for exemple: I buy a usb drives and a keyboard ( its mark as an item that people who buys usb drives buys too) is added automaticly to the carrier during the order process, chaging the total that this person has to pay. - after that, if the person confirm the order and pay, this person its gonna receive an invoice with the right item choose and the right amount he pays) - but, the invoice who's receiving the administrator of the site its the one with the other item , on this exemple the key board and a total dif. amount. also, at the admin panel on the orders category the second product that the costumer didnt choose its mark as return. I see the same problem using dif, email for dic costumers olds and news. The technical support of the site where I buy the theme that ima using says that its a issue with the prestashop engine and no the template itself.
