  1. The .htaccess file appeared to be causing the error. I change it to: <IfModule mod_php5.c> # Turn the PHP engine off php_flag engine off </IfModule> and it appears to be working. Another issue I am encountering is with the product uploads using the csv import. The products are showing up in the correct categories, but in the BO they all show as if they are in the "Home" category...When I check the product, it shows the correct associations and again it is properly displaying in the categories, BUT they only show properly in the BO if I individually save the product (never via the csv import) I hope that makes sense.
  2. Hello! I have been trying to get my images to upload properly both in the page content text editor uploader and in the product images...It appears that the images are saving, but when I go to use them I see the file is http://domain.com//img/Picture.jpg There seems to be an additional "/" in there. How can I tell the store this properly. thanks. Wes
  3. So I guess I solved the Compare Product issue. Go to Preferences>Themes>Theme then at the bottom of the page, "Appearance of Columns" I needed to enable "product comparison" I hope this helps others as it was driving me crazy.
  4. I am in the process of porting over my shop from oscommerce to prestashop. Everything seems to be working fine accept I cannot get the product compare to work. I can select the products to compare, but when I press the compare button I am taken to https://fineartdelivered.com/products-compare It seems to be missing the "?compare_product_list=" that I see on my test version...As you can see the link displayed goes to an error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error). Also, when I go to the product page in the BO and delete a product I receive the same error page...although when I go back to the product page the product is erased. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also can not keep the site active for more than a couple of days as I do not want active traffic. Thanks for the help.
  5. Thanks for your replies. I will purchase that add-on.
  6. Hello, Here is the csv file that I exported using the installed export product module. The module says that it exports in the exact prestashop csv format. The file contains one of my products that I entered manually through the back office. It has all of the appropriate fields. I cannot seems to make heads or tails out of the csv format. Some Columns have multiple header fields, some only have a couple, and sometimes quotations are used and sometimes they are not. Then where I see the product description it is taking up multiple rows. I am used to having one header at the top of each column with the row below corresponding to that column header. I am totally lost. I really want to switch from OScommerce to PrestaShop but with 3,000 products that each have 10 combinations, I cannot manually add each product. Any help understanding the csv format/logic is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Wes PS-It said I could not upload a csv attachment so I included it in the zip SampleProductExport.zip
  7. I have a quick question. How can you assign a total product quantity to a product regardless of the number combination options? I am creating an art site that will offer a limited number of Giclée prints for each original work. The clients can have them in multiple framing options but regardless of the choices there will only be 100 prints of each. It appears that the backend wants a specific number assigned to the attributes and not the product. I hope my question makes sense. Thanks, Wes
