Yes, my IP address definitely changed. Now I just need to figure out how to get it to work with the new IP. Damnit! haha

I am not entirely sure, I am looking at my IP but not sure what it used to so can't confirm if it has changed.

Using xampp, have no trouble getting into http://localhost or setting up database, etc. Was recently working on a prestashop site, was using "http://172.16.1.71/prestashop" and it would open and everything was fine. Came back a day later and now the link doesn't work. It loads for 45 seconds or so and gives me : " This page can’t be displayed Make sure the web address http://172.16.1.71 is correct. Look for the page with your search engine. Refresh the page in a few minutes." I have tried searching Google for days and have been relentlessly fighting with this thing. Does anyone have any ideas??
