  1. We bought the Fastbay module just over 3 months ago. Today it came to my attention when a customer called that their order is 'stuck' and didn't ship. Upon logging into our eBay account there are several 'stuck' orders. I've tried reaching out to Prestalia but they have so far been incredibly unhelpful. I think the problem occurs when an eBay customer selects a shipping method other than the basic free shipping. I can't find anywhere in the module to map shipping methods in eBay to shipping methods in Fastbay. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks in anticipation, Chris
  2. Hi there, When I edit product pages and click save, the data is saved but I'm presented with a blank white screen. I've read that the solution is to increase the memory in the php.ini file, but I cannot find this anywhere! Any idea where it resides for 1.6.1.5? thanks, Chris
  3. I narrowed the problem down to the "official" eBay module. It randomly changes prices on eBay listings and knocks them down to the exc VAT price (yet still includes VAT to the customer). Does this make sense? In effect it's giving a 20% discount randomly! Products are then randomly corrected too. I've been in touch with 202 Commerce the company that wrote it but their support is non-existent. They ignore emails and promise to respond "the next day" when I phone ut I never get replies or fixes. Chris http://www.PROtastic.co.uk
  4. Thats soooo bad. Have you tried calling them? I tried phoning, they promise to look then don't. Really disappointing.
  5. 202 commerce support is dreadful. I've phoned, emailed and sent PMs via the marketplace. On the odd occasion they have supported me they left debug routines switched on ON MY LIVE SITE!!! Anyway, my main issues with this module are: * Not all selected products/categories are synced * The module randomly logs into eBay and lowers pricing by 20% It's so close to being a great module, but the flaws are major and the support poor. Such a shame. I had a coder edit the module to allow html editing by the way for the template. Regards, chris http://www.PROtastic.co.uk Examples of this app logging in of it's own accord: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemRevisionDetails&item=131464900299&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2569 How can 202 Commerce be eBay and Presta accredited?
  6. Yes I have the same issue... it randomly logs into eBay and CHANGES prices! eBay have researched the problem, the finger has been pointed to the module but 202 Commerce tech support is soooooo sloooow. I'm using 1.10.1 by the way... it still happens. The price it discounts is exactly the VAT content.
  7. Hi there, I reported this earlier but no replies... On page 5 of the 5 step checkout (the one page checkout DOES NOT work with the PayPal module, but that's another story!) the TOTAL PRICE is displayed wrong, it's showing exc VAT yet on all earlier pages it shows (correctly) inc. VAT. Is there a simple fix for this please? Regards, chris
  8. Vekia... any further advice? Perfect Audience themselves are unable to help and I've waited patiently for weeks for their (un)tech support!
  9. I'm experiencing this on Presta 1.6.0.9... orders via the eBay module are being charged EX VAT.
  10. Hi tuk66, The vouchers disappear on stage 5 when you implement the PayPal module and the code needs tweaking to make them and the trashcan appear. The screen shot was from 1.6.0.9... several people have reported the bug. Chris
  11. Hi there, I'm using 1.6.0.9... on step 5 of the checkout page the total price is displayed as ex VAT; the total should obviously include VAT and does on all the other steps. The amount passed to the payment module is correct, it just causes several customers to abandon their carts. Can anyone help fix? Thanks, Chris http://www.PROtastic.co.uk
  12. Still got this bug, the forge.prestashop bug tracker has closed this without a fix
