  1. We had the same issue with Prestashop 1.4. We moved from one hosting to another. And when a client tried to register the following error popped up: An error occurred while creating your account.. In our case we came from MySQL and went to MariaDB. In the configuration STRICT_TRANS_TABLES was turned on. And by turning this off the issue was solved. (see also this topic).

  3. Hi there, same problem here. The layered navigation module is turned on mobile, but does not show in the frontend when visiting the shop with any smartphone. Especially on smartphones this layered navigation is very important as the screen is too small to quickly scroll trough multiple pages.
  4. Fixed. Within config/defines.inc.php the DEV-mode was on and this was the reason the javascript calls did not work. Therefore the buttons in the backend were failing (configure module, deleting the cache, changing a user password, etc.) Now everything is working normal again.
  5. Hi there, thanks for your reply. That's not possible. Even that is giving an error (see attachment). Just to be clear. It's possible to login in the backend. But when logged in as superadmin, big parts of the shop cannot be edited.
  6. Hi there, We moved our Prestashop 1.6.1.1 to a new domain (made a copy of the files and database and moved them). We also deleted the cache. So far so good. We can login as superadmin and the shop is showing in the front. But in the backend (as superadmin) it's not possible to configure modules, to delete the cache, to change your password, etc. It's also impossible to connect with the webservice (20: authentication is not active, 21: no permission for this authentication key). We also added a superadmin manually via the database, picked a user and changed and turned it from active to inactive and back. Nothing helps. So we are stuck right now. Does anybody have a clue how to make the superadmin, superadmin again, so it can edit everything? Best regards.
  7. I cannot find a way to change those URL's in the checkout process. This is how it looks like Step 1: /order Step 2: /login?back=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mydomain.nl%2Forder%3Fstep%3D1&display_guest_checkout=1 Step 3: /order?step=1 Step 4: /order Step 5: /order This is what we want for the funnel in Analytics Step 1: /cart Step 2: /login Step 3: /address Step 4: /payment Step 5: /confirmation Does anybody know how to edit those URL's?
  8. How are you adding products to your store? Manually, excel, webservice API?
  9. It's not a theme-thing. This is in the product.tpl {if $display_qties == 1 && $product->quantity}{$product->quantity}{else}0{/if}; In the presta-backend the display quantity was turned off. When turned off in the backend, the quantity also becomes invisible in the sourcecode.
  10. We are working on a workaround by placing the stock information on another part of the productpage. See if that works.
  11. Hi there, the same problem here with Prestashop 1.6.1.1. When a product has attributes, when selecting the attribute it's showing the price impact (instead of mainarticleprice + the price impact) Adding a product to the shopping cart: shows the correct price Adding a product with attributes manually via the backend: no problems Opening a product with attributes in the backend, selecting combinations choose to edit a combination and save the combination: everything for that product works fine again When adding products via the webservice API: the problem arises (in 1.6.0.14 it worked fine) The above suggestions do not solve this.
  12. Same problem here. CMSblock v2.1.1 - did a de-installation, and a reset. Without a result. You say the workaround is just a quick-fix not a good idea. And it's in the prestaroot. A new version update for this module will overwrite this quick-fix eventually?
  13. Hi there, When a customers wants to buy something he needs to accept the Terms and Conditions. But where can you see that customers agreed to those terms? Is there a place that proves the customer has agreed? In the database for example (can't find it in the customer table) or maybe somewhere else? I know without accepting terms the customer can't buy a thing, but the client wants to know. Best regards.
  14. Hi there, having prestashop 1.4.6.2 I'm having a problem with the "var quantityavailable" that seems to give incorrect information in the source code. There's a feedrobot crawling our pages, but every product with "var quantityavailable = 0" is not added to the feed. By some reason we have products with a stock, but in the sourcecode it says "var quantityavailable = 0" Looks like it has to do with sizes and attributes. Attached is a screenshot that shows a product with a quantityavailable = 0, while in fact there are 10 products in stock. What could this possibly be?
  15. Looks like this issue: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/313804-error-with-price-filter-in-layered-navigation-module/
