Buenos días y felices fiestas, Tengo un problema muy extraño desde hace unos días en la página web https://transmisionesacardan.es. Hasta hace una semana funcionaba perfectamente, pero desde entonces los productos muestran correctamente el precio (sin iva y con iva) y a la hora de pasar por caja e introducir una dirección automáticamente pasa a ser sin IVA. He comprobado que todos los grupos tienen el IVA incluido. Sabeis de que puede ser? Un saludo, Ibon

Buenos días, He integrado los módulos de pago por TPV oficiales de redsys y bizum en mi comercio electrónico bajo Prestashop 1.7.8.7 (PHP 7.4) con el tema warehouse y haciendo pruebas veo que ambos funcionan correctamente. Mi problema radica en las traducciones y diseño de la página de confirmación-pedido. Uno de ellos (Bizum) está traducido al castellano (aunque me gustaría cambiar alguna traduccón) y el otro en inglés. Hi, I do have a weird issue with the prices drop system. Whenever I do apply a discount to an specific product it appears in the prices drop page, but if I do apply a price rule to the whole catalogue in the discounts section the affected products are not shown in the prices drop page. prestashop version: 1.7.8.7 warehouse theme: 4.5.3 Is this a normal behavior? Hi, I do have a strange problem while trying to translate some content related to the Prestahop Blog (check screenshot). The error is quite strange. The translation section mentions that I do have some string to translate but they don´t show them to be translated. I tried to clear the cache in both server and browser but still did not work. I tried to find the strings directly on the ps_translation table and they are translated but the site still shows them in english. Any hint on how to translate them? All best, apnow

Buenas, Estoy intentando seguir el tutorial para extender las vistas Extender vistas de administración sobre prestashop 1.7.7.0. He limpìado la cache, habilitado la opción de extender los módulos limpiado el historial de los navegadores, probado con otros navegadores y nada. Alguien ha conseguido hacerlo funcionar? Hi, I think I found it a workaround: $order_detail['image_tag'] = preg_replace( '/\.*' . preg_quote(__PS_BASE_URI__, '/') . '/', _PS_ROOT_DIR_ . DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR, ImageManager::thumbnail($path, $name, 45, 'jpg', false), 1 ); Seems like this section in the function getContent() from the file HTMLTemplateInvoice.php constructs the image src path. For some reason: _PS_ROOT_DIR_ constant points to /usr/home/<<websitename>>/web. If I remove that constant then the image src point to the relative path: /img/tmp/... wich it works... Any hint? I tried to debug a bit the issue but still stuck: I checked how the invoice was created in HTMLTemplateInvoice.php file. and log the vars in a file using FileLogger. so far, this is the html content created and sent to the tcpdf.php pdf generator: <img src="/usr/home/<<websitename>>/web/img/tmp/product_mini_44_0.jpg" alt="" class="imgm img-thumbnail" /> I checked that the file exists and even changed img/tmp/ folder permissions to 777 but no luck. Hola, Despues de migrar la base de datos completa y el contenido mediante FTP al servidor de produccion, a mi tampoco me aparecen las imagenes en miniatura en facturas y albaranes. he comprobado que si se ven en el servidor de desarrollo. He probado a borrar la cache desde el BO pero sigue sin funcionar. La versión que estoy usando es la 1.7.5.0 Un saludo, Ibon

Hi, I have the same issue. I cannot see our product images in the invoices. Checked the configuration into orders -> Invoices (Permit product images = YES) and deleted cache content but still cannot see them. Is there any way to debug or see any php error on this? Using PS1.7.5.0 BR, Ibon

Hi, I have a similar issue with my social networking block in my front page (check: www.transmisionacardan.es). I am able to see the facebook icon, but when I hover on it nothing happens (stays on grey). I checked the source code and a href tag atribute points to the correct facebook link. Best Apnow
