I am confused about the combination of products and hope that i can get help from you Actually, i am building a online shop for contact lenses selling. As you know, contact lenses is brought for both eyes, so in the product page, there need to have a sph selection for left eyes and the right eyes. Although they are two different selection but the products in stock are actually the same. And in the combination setting for prestashop 1.6, it is something like a specific product combination such as a cloth, the size; the color, they are actually different product for the combination. But for a contact lenses, they are the same product in the combination. If i have to build a combination suitable for customer to select the sph of the lenses, the combination list will be very long and the quantity will not be suitable for use since it is different to those fixed item like (ipod , 16gb, red in color). I know that i can set it to selling only one pieces rather than one pair for the lenses. But it will be inconvenience for the customer. So my question is that how the make the setting of the quantity and the combination so that it can be convenience for customer and me. Also if it can set to be fixed to buy two of this item with two different combination. I need is to let the customer to customize the lenses for them but it need to follow the stock Thank you very much.

I am a dude in using prestashop and i have some problem want to ask for. Hope you can read it. I am planning to make my prestashop to sell contact lenses online, For contact Lenses, i need two combination each to provide the choice of the left eye and the right eye. The question is that they are sharing the same product quantity in stock but it come with a different combination in prestashop. Do there any method to share their quantity in the combination setting? Also, there are so many product from me and they are using the same combination but they may have different quantity in stock. Do i need to set the combination one by one or there are other method to set it? Because i saw that the csv file but the quantity look fixed for all the products using its combination Thank you very much.=) Hope i can found the solution from other prestashop user=)

I have just upload it with the prestashop_1.6.0.9 zip to the host and than move the location of the file and it works. So i can remove the prestashop in the url now. But do anyone no that why it will so a false extension while uploading? Thank you

I think that it is because when i import website by using the prestashop_1.6.0.9, it already have a file called prestashop in it. And it can be upload to the host successfully. But when i make prestashop file as a ZIP and upload it direatly, it will say that there is a false extension in the ZIP. Do you know what may cause this problem? yes i have deleted the install folder so i can access the admin page but i do not know why the index page is not accessible
