@bellini13 Hi On my prestashop 1.7.2.x I cannot find the form field in the checkout to write a message within the order. Can I enabled it? Its strange, because in order emails to the shop there is a part called customer message or something like that. Thanks Urs -
Hi Shop installed with PS 1.7.2.2 with CCC options active and "Page Cache Ultimate" module installed. On most browser everything is running smoothly, exept Internet Explorer 11. Customer get an empty homepage and couldn't add products to the bag. I tried different things to solve: 1. Active Page Cache Ultimate and CCC active = not ok 2. Disable Page Cache Ultimate and CCC active = not ok 3. Active Page Cache Ultimate and CCC inactive = OK 4. Disable Page Cache Ultimate and CCC inactive = OK For me is not an option to disable CCC, because of performance. Does anybody has an idea how to solve that? Thank you for your help Urs

Hallo SliderFlash Ich habe selber gesucht, aber es ist sehr schwierig nach was zu suchen, was man nicht mal selber kennt oder schlecht benennen kann. Es ging mir nicht darum, faul zu sein. Würde mich freuen, wenn die Antworten etwas konstruktiver zurückkommen. Gruss Urs

Hello everyone I have the requirement for a more specific module. Maybe one of you guys has a solution. If a customer puts a gin in the shopping cart, I would like to see a message that a tonic fits well with it. I imagine that I create these "hints" with a title, text block and the corresponding products. It is important to say that I am not looking for a module, which gives discounts if there is something in the shopping cart. Has to do with legislation in Switzerland. No discounts may be granted for spirits. Do any of you guys have any ideas? Thank you very much for your comments. Urs

Hallo zusammen Ich habe die Anforderung für ein spezielleres Modul. Vielleicht kennt jemand von euch ne Lösung. Wenn ein Kunde einen Gin in den Warenkorb legt, möchte ich dass dann gleich eine Meldung erscheint, dass dazu ja ein Tonic gut passt. Ich stell mir vor, dass ich diese "Hinweise" erstelle mit einem Titel, Textblock und dem oder den dazupassenden Produkten. Wichtig ist zu sagen, dass ich kein Modul suche, welches Preisnachlässe gibt, wenn was im Warenkorb ist. Hat mit der Gesetzgebung in der Schweiz zu tun. Es darf für Spirituosen keine Rabatte gewährt werden. Hat jemand von euch eine Idee? Herzlichen Dank für eure Hinweise. Urs

Hi I tested on www.gtmetrix.com my customers shop to optimize in speed. Most of the problems I could solve. But I have one strange gzip issue. Maybe someone of you could help me to solve this strange thing. This is gtmetrix.com feedback for gzip: Enable compression for the following resources to reduce their transfer size by 20.6KiB (79% reduction). Hallo zusammen Kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich ein Feld aktiviere, welche im Bestellprozess dem Kunden die Möglichkeit gibt, eine Nachricht an den Shop zu schicken? Finde nirgends eine passende Antwort. In der Bestellnachricht an den Shop steht im Mail zwar "Nachricht Kunde: Keine Nachricht". PS 1.7.2.2. Würde mich freuen, wenn jemand mir meinen Tag erleuchtet und die Lösung parat hätte Danke und Gruss Urs

Bonjour à tous J'ai le problème suivant pour un magasin de client (PS 1.7.2.2), que je dois / devrais résoudre. La boutique compte trois groupes de clients, dont deux sont des clients B2B et d'autres clients privés. Tout d'abord, ce serait bien si j'avais deux formulaires d'inscription, car les entreprises et les particuliers diffèrent dans les détails d'enregistrement. Les entreprises n'ont pas besoin de données personnelles à l'adresse de facturation, mais les adresses de livraison doivent être plus flexibles. Les personnes n'ont pas besoin d'informations sur l'entreprise dans la facture, mais également d'adresses de livraison plus flexibles. Pour les entreprises clientes, la gestion des adresses de facturation et de livraison devrait également permettre, par ex. Le prénom et le nom de famille ne sont pas obligatoires. La compagnie est requise. Avec les clients privés simplement la société n'est pas obligatoire et le prénom et le nom de famille seulement avec l'adresse de livraison pas. Bien sûr, cela devrait également être administrable depuis la zone d'administration. Est-ce que quelqu'un d'entre vous a une idée? salutation Urs

Hi I have a shop (ps 1.7.2.2.) running. When I log in admin and see the dashboard data, then I see wrong sales data. The shop has daily orders, but the graph shows from some date now sales. Has anybody an idea? Thanks Urs

Hi tuk66 Thank you. I know that that some fields couldn't remove. I will have a look at your module. Maybe I find the way to do it. I must hide the unnecessary form fields in the delivery and invoice templates. I will maybe contact you for an upgrade service. Urs -
