Hola, en PS 1.7, hay que ir a Personalizar - Internacional - Ubicaciones Geográficas - Países y debajo de la lista de países hay un recuadro que se llama Opciones de Países que dice "Sólo mostrar en el Front Office, los países cubiertos por los transportistas activos". Por defecto está en Sí, cámbialo a No. En mi caso ha funcionado, porque mis transportistas no cubren "España" sino que cubren zonas que he creado, como Península, Local o Provincia. Hola, ve a Módulos - Gestor de módulo y en la casilla de búsqueda escribe "confianza", te saldrá el módulo que se llama "Confianza y seguridad del cliente".

I just found it. Prestashop updated the PayPal module that was not being used, and as it was not configured then there was an error. I just disabled the module and it worked again. I leave the problem and the solution just in case this happens to someone else. Stay safe!

Estoy en las mismas en PS 1.6. El módulo me guarda la dirección de facebook, y veo en Preview cómo debería quedar, pero aunque limpio la caché de PS, la del navegador, fuerzo recompilar... sigo sin ver más que un cuadrado en blanco. Alguna idea? Gracias! NZB

Finalmente pude descubrir lo que era. Creé un site nuevo en PS1.6 y miré la estructura de las categorías, que es diferente a como estaba en versiones anteriores: hay una categoría root y de ahí cuelga el inicio, y a partir de allí las diferentes categorías. Repliqué la estructura y voilà!

Muchas gracias a todos, efectivamente me había quedado sin espacio en el disco. Al activar la cache se han creado unos 120.000 archivos que han colapsado el espacio en el servidor. Así que he tenido que vaciar las carpetas cache y compile dentro de cache/smarty y he desactivado la cache y la cache smarty, cosa que no me emociona porque la página va a ir más lenta. Después de hacer esto la carpeta cache se mantiene dentro de unos límites, pero en la carpeta compile vuelven a aparecer un montón de archivos. Es esto normal? 120.000 archivos en la cache? Hay alguna otra posibilidad que se me haya pasado por alto? Al menos, la página se ve, que ya es algo gracias de nuevo!

Hola Jesa, gracias por tu respuesta. Pues no he tocado nada de la configuración de la tabla, simplemente la he vaciado de datos y he importado de la otra. El tipo y tamaño de los datos es igual en las dos tablas.

Hola, he tenido muchos problemas para actualizar un PS así que lo qhe he hecho es una instalación limpia y luego he ido cambiando las tablas de la BD nueva por las de la antigua para no perder clientes, productos, etc. Todo funciona correctamente excepto las categorías. En el BO no se muestran, y en Catálogo>Productos no se ve nada en la pestaña Asociaciones (donde ligas el producto con su categoría). Tampoco se ve la lista de categorías en el menú Categorías del Footer. Peeeeero: Sí se ven las categorías en el módulo Menú horizontal superior (y las enseña en el menú pero si haces clic te tira un error 404 En el FO, se ven las categorías en el módulo Categorías lateral (te tira error 400 igual) En el FO, cuando ves un producto, enseña los otros productos en la misma categoría Así que creo que me falta por importar alguna tabla o alguna línea en la tabla de configuración, pero no doy con ello.
